Real Escapes Properties proudly offers Sea Spray Cottage! With so few oceanfront beach cottages available, you will surely enjoy this one-of-a-kind property.

This amazing two bedroom, two bath cottage offers spectacular direct ocean views. When you first arrive in this adorable cottage, you are greeted with relaxation in mind. Tastefully decorated, the den and eating area are quite spacious for the square footage. The kitchen is nicely updated and you will find everything you need to prepare scrumptious dinners for your family. Don't forget - our area has some of the best places to pick up the freshest seafood!

Bedroom #1 is a comfortable master bedroom with King sized bed that beckons you to snuggle up for a nap after a busy day at the beach. It comes equipped with a television as well. Don't worry - you can still see the beach through the sliding glass doors! There is an en-suite master bath that is connected to the bedroom by a large walk-through closet. Bedroom #2 has two Twin beds with a mounted TV, but you'll have trouble taking your eyes off the ocean view right outside this bedroom too. There is a full bathroom that is adjacent to both the den and 2nd bedroom.

Although there is direct deck access through both bedrooms, you can also head to the porch through the den. The upstairs deck stretches the entire width of the house. There are lounge chairs and a patio set available. Imagine having your morning coffee on the porch listening to the sounds of the waves as they come to greet you.

This is the perfect rental with everything you need to have an unforgettable experience on St. Simons Island. Come to Sea Spray Cottage located at 828 Park Way, Saint Simons Island, Georgia.

Please note: There is on-going construction next door.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

ā€¢ Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
ā€¢ Dogs are allowed with a $100/pup non-refundable fee. (2 dog maximum)
ā€¢ Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
ā€¢ There are a flight of stairs that lead up to main floor. There is no elevator.
ā€¢ Direct beach access, 1/2 mile to Pier Village

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
ā€¢ There are 3 TVs and 1 DVD player located in this property.
ā€¢ Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Relaxing Vacation

We were extremely pleased with this home which is directly on the beach and a mere half mile to the village. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The beach was never overcrowded while we were there. The views are amazing and make this a special place. Itā€™s clear the owners take care of their home with pride and want their guests to have an outstanding stay. Highly recommend.

Our SSI Favorite

This was an ideal home for my husband and I, along with our fur babies. We especially loved the location as we were able to walk into town, plus its hard to beat the view. We would have liked to have a gas grill at the property, but other than that it had everything we needed. Very clean and homey!

Cute House in Great Location

This house is much cuter than advertised! Nice area in the back for the dogs to take care of business. The decks are gated off for peace of mind and are in great condition. The neighborhood is safe to walk. The kitchen is very well stocked. The management staff is super friendly and kindly offered personal recommendations for things to do. We were very happy.

This cottage is cozy but has lots of space for relaxing and spending time together. The deck is perfect for having coffee while watching the sunrise, and then enjoying a glass of wine after sunset. The location is obviously a perfect spot to access the beach, but itā€™s also convenient to walk dogs, and itā€™s even an easy walk into town. The small enclosed backyard was a big hit with our dogs. Sea Spray is a comfortable retreat that lets you listen to the ocean waves and experience the fun and beauty on the island.

The location and size of the house are both fabulous, but we will not stay here again. We were disappointed that it has not been kept up well. Two of the four outdoor chairs were torn and not usable. The interior would benefit from a deep cleaning. Both bathrooms had a layer of dust on the light bulbs. The bath towels were dingy, and some had stains. Some attention would correct these areas it would seem without too much difficulty.
