Located a short 1-minute walk to the main King & Prince Resort Hotel building, guests will have access to full resort amenities, including the heated King & Prince hotel pools, spas, resort restaurant and bar, tennis, golf, as well as the King & Prince South Villas pool, which is 20 yards from the condo's back door! The large open green space surrounding the pool is right in your backyard and the perfect place for kids to play!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!

The living space flows towards ocean views, the beach, villa pool, and the patio space through a wide sliding glass door. Enjoy sunrises or evening cocktails on the wide patio with a dining table for four.

Guests of Villa 155 will enjoy premium luxury bedding in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite offers a king bed with ocean views, direct oceanfront patio access, and a private double vanity bathroom with a tub/shower. The guest bedroom offers guests two twin beds and its own bathroom located in the guest hallway.
