Publix supermarket is literally in walking distance, Walmart & Super Target a short drive and multiple restaurants, shopping and beaches a very short distance away. WIFI and Cable TV are included.

Our home includes full kitchen with new appliances and everything you need; pots, pans, dishes and flatware.

The kitchen is equipped with a state of the art and annually maintained water filtration system, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and a bevy of kitchen essentials.

The living room, complete with a wall hung smart TV, desk and printer & console piano, opens it up by sliding glass doors to the windowed and screened lanai, a lovely seating area with sofa, loveseat, ottoman, and dining area with the breezes from the rustling foliage that provides the privacy between neighbors. The lanai side door leads to the outdoor dining and BBQ grill.

The spacious master bedroom is split from the other bedrooms, and has a queen size bed, dresser, huge walk in closet, private bathroom and shower with double sinks and a double sliding glass door leading to the lanai and wall hung 55" TV

The 2nd front bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, 55" flat screen TV and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 55" TV, dresser and closet, each bedroom has 2 sets of sheets, comforters and pillows. The guest bathroom is centered between the two bedrooms.

Small dogs are permitted under 15 lbs, but sorry, no cats as we are quite allergic. Your rent includes housekeeping service every two weeks.

Our home is lovely and you will have many enjoyable times, as it has been in our family for 36 years. As the first and only owners, we know our home intimately and cherish the family memories these walls have given us. We only have seasonal long-term, hence our home is cozy but not rental tired. We will discount rental fee for 3 mos and over.

In the past 8 yrs on the market, we have only had two seasonal rental families; each fell in love with Ft. Myers and developed long lasting friendships within Cinnamon Cove and us as well, our home was their "2nd home".
