The 3rd floor has a large open kitchen, living room and dining area with a half bath. The 2nd floor has 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The 1st and 2nd bedroom have a king bed with a private bath. The 3rd bedroom a King bed and the the 4th bedroom, 2 Queen beds. These 2 rooms share a bath. There are also 2 additional bedrooms on this floor that share a bathroom, each with a set of twin size bunk beds with a trundle. The 1st floor has a laundry room, bathroom and a one car garage for your use. This home is BEACHFRONT, located close to the community boardwalk.
PER HOA: No boats, trailers or street parking at the home. Parking is allowed for 5 vehicles. If you choose to rent a golf cart it must be rented from Port A Beach Buggies at (restrictions apply, see below for more information and details) Gulf Waters requires proof of vaccination for all pets. - Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. 3 pets maximum is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
