Rockhaven- Private Cabin and Hot Tub & EV Charger

Welcome to your beautiful Rockhaven cabin. This luxurious Green Mountain Falls home has been completely renovated to include 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master retreat has its private bathroom and walks out to the deck and HOT TUB. The cabin has an open concept design making it fantastic for families. As you walk into the cabin, marvel at the floor-to-ceiling rose quartz fireplace and exposed beams. It also has a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. EV Charger available for fee.

Rockhaven is a gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath. Walking into the space you are greeted with an amazing open concept living room/kitchen with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is equipped to make any meal. The master sweet has a full bath, and California king bed, and walks out to the private hot tub. There is a roll out bed available in the closet. Every room has WIFI, cable, and smart TVs. The home sits on almost half an acre but is within walking distance to the town and lake. Explore the hiking trails that are everywhere in Green Mountain Falls. (Check the All trails link located on the fridge) Rockhaven is conveniently located less than 20 from downtown Colorado Springs. It is also very close to many of the must-sees that southern Colorado has to offer. Including Cave of the Winds, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, and Pikes Peak!

You can enjoy the whole space. Gorgeous patio BBQ grill and private hot tub. There is even a gate you can close to keep your fur babies close.

I give my guests space but am available when needed
There is no one on-site. Any requests must be addressed in advance. We will be available by phone.

Our cabin is dog-friendly. The guest is required to disclose their breed, and have approval from the host. Guest Must pay the fee before arrival. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. There is a $25 fee per dog. Dogs are required to stay off all furniture. The owner is required to pick up waste in the yard. Dog bags are provided. If they are left alone on the property, they must be in a crate. Host reserves the right to keep all/partial deposit if rules are not followed.

**Upon arrival if guest notices any damage or anything is unsatisfactory, they are to notify the host ASAP.


**Only 2 people per bed. There is room for 2 vehicles. The street is narrow, there is no room to pull a trailer.
1. The guest must get permission from the host if bringing a dog(s)
Max of 2 dogs. The animals are not allowed to be alone in the property, unless in a crate. Animals are NOT ALLOWED ON ANY FURNITURE. THE GUEST IS REQUIRED TO CLEAN UP AFTER DOG.
2. Quiet hours are 9PM -8 AM
3. NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING IN THE CABIN. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Fire conditions are high! Place butts in containers provided
4. NO CHILDREN IN DIAPERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOT TUB
5. NO GLASS AT HOT TUB (plastic provided in the kitchen.)
6. NO PARTIES!
7. Property must be locked when they are not present.
8. DO NOT TURN THE THERMOSTAT OFF!!
VIOLATIONS CAN RESULT IN A CLAIM FILED
