Free Beach Service for 2026! 2 chairs and 1 umbrella (March - October)

Welcome to Sans Souci #503, a nicely-decorated Gulf-front 5th floor two-bedroom, with beautiful views of the beach and Gulf from your private balcony. New owners have recently redecorated, with new furnishings, artwork and new bedding. Condo has updated kitchen with Corian counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Also has a Keurig coffee maker in addition to a regular Mr. Coffee. Living room has leather, sectional sofa and 47" flat screen TV with boost speaker. Master bedroom has king bed, 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, 23" flat screen TV, and brand new bunk beds (two twins).

Owner has thoughtfully provided his private ground floor storage locker for guests to store their beach items in - no more toting umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, etc. up and down the elevator every day! At the end of a sun soaked down on the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach, there's something for everyone to enjoy inside the condo with complimentary WiFi and flat screen TVs. All-in-one washer/dryer located in the condo. One covered, marked parking spot right next to the elevator! Enjoy Sans Souci's large, gulf front pool (with umbrella stands for your convenience) hot tub and outdoor grills too.

Vacationing is simple at San Souci as it is just minutes from local shopping, dining (the world famous Peg Leg Pete's seafood restaurant is located right across the street) and entertainment.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Sans Souci condominiums premises, including unit balconies, pool area and parking areas.

Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

Love San Souci! The condo was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Beach access was easy and the underground parking with access to the storage unit were added bonuses! Having to stop by an office to check in/out was a bit of a bummer, but the people were friendly and it didn't take too much extra time.

The beach chairs & umbrella set up being part of the reservation made things so much easier. The elevators never kept us waiting very long and having the carts to take luggage back and forth from the car makes it so easy. Being directly across the street from Peg Leg Pete's is icing on the cake. We would love to stay in this condo again!

Paradise Beach Homes provides great service and promptly addresses questions or issues. We also liked the fact that there was a physical key instead of a code lock. It made the unit feel more secure. The free beach service was an additional bonus. Thanks for having us!

Great view of the waves. Located directly across from our favorite restaurant, "Peg leg Petes". Nice to have the convenience store also across the street. Little store is ridiculously expensive but works for small items in a pinch. Beds very comfortable. Nice to have a washer and dryer. One note of caution. Reserved parking spot is right next to a row of storage lockers. Our brand-new car was scratched, as a result of some careless person accessing one of those lockers.
