This charming 3 bed / 2 bath home in Historic Old Town is just one block from Main Street restaurants, art galleries, specialty shops, theatre, and the heart of Park City nightlife. Easy access to the Town Lift (to Park City Mountain, the largest ski resort in North America), and to the Park City Transit system (to Deer Valley or other destinations within Park City).

With a renovated Miners' Cabin feel, the house is ideal for families or couples wanting to enjoy the charms of Old Town and the excitement of the slopes - all within walking distance. The home features an outdoor deck which overlooks Miners Park on Main Street. Living room, kitchen and deck access on the entry level; king and queen bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and a queen bedroom, TV room and bathroom downstairs.

Nice House in a Great Location!

Easily the best VRBO in Park City

We had a last minute trip to Park City with our two college aged kids. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the property itself is in the perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants, and you’re minutes from the lifts. The place was spotless and incredibly comfortable, and we will definitely book this again.

Perfect Park City Home

Our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens, had a wonderful stay here over the holidays. Wonderful cosy property, beds and linens amazing and super clean.The kitchen was awesome and has everything you need to cook meals in. Was also great to have 2 living areas with 2 teens in tow. The owner was also super responsive to any queries.

Super home near chair lift

Home was beautiful and very comfortable for five adults during ski season. Place was very clean, well-stocked for cooking, and in a great location. One block from Main and many restaurants and bars. Walk to the town chair lift was easy. Dan was super responsive to our needs. Highly recommend.

New Years 2022 Family Ski Vacation

My husband and I have been coming to Park City for 30 years and I have to say this house is the best property we have rented. It is amazingly clean , well stocked, organized and perfectly located for a ski trip! We did not have to get in our car once . We enjoyed walking to Main Street which took 2 minutes. The house is in my opinion is perfect for couples and families with older kids- not a rental for youngsters. Dan the owner has been amazingly easy to communicate with as well. Hope to rent it every year!

Great place to stay, we'd come again....

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Park City! The location couldn’t be better – just a short, friendly walk to town, where we enjoyed fantastic restaurants, shopping, and the charming mountain atmosphere. In fact, the host actually undersold the walk to town—you can see the town right from the back window! It was incredibly convenient, making it easy to pop in and out whenever we wanted.The home itself was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook a meal, including often-overlooked essentials like spices, salt, and pepper, which was such a thoughtful touch. The bathrooms were also well-stocked with all the essentials, making our stay even more comfortable.To access the slopes, we had to walk down the road about 10 minutes to the Town Lift, which was still very convenient and made for an easy start to our ski days. We loved being able to get on the mountain without the hassle of parking or long commutes.The hosts were wonderful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for the ideal Park City getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Christmas Stay at 412 Park Street!

Our family absolutely loved this sweet cottage on Park Street! It was our first Christmas away from home and we were a bit nervous, but the house had everything we needed to be comfortable - and it was so convenient to downtown, to the ski rental shop and to the Town Lift. The house itself is adorable, so cozy and was the perfect size for our family of 5. We spent a lot of time in front of the fireplace in the main room and even brought our stockings from home. The owner kindly left a Christmas tree for us too! We were thrilled to be able to walk a few houses down and down a flight of stairs to Main Street for dinner and lots of shopping! We could see the No Name Saloon (which we visited several times) out the back window of the house, along with a beautiful nighttime view of Park City all lit up with Christmas lights! After we saw how well equipped the kitchen was, we decided to cook at home a couple of nights - the kitchen had literally everything we have at home and was so thoughtfully organized and outfitted. I can't say enough about how lovely our week was at this perfect cottage and also how the owner has thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. Now, I just can't wait to go back!! : ))

Centrally located park city escape

Check in was a breeze, owner text me a day in advance and gave me the run down. Upon arrival I was so pleased to find how clean everything from the bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen was. Nothing is worse than having plans to cook and finding grimey kitchen utinsels, but that did NOT happen at Dan’s cabin! Everything was spotless. The location is second to none! Like 2-3 blocks from the town lift and one block from the most popular bars and restaurants on Main Street! It was truly as good as it gets with a VRBO a experience. I’ll definitely stay again if it’s available.

Stellar property for a Sisterpallooza

My sister and I wanted a fun, comfy place to stay in Park City's Old Town for a weekend getaway. Dan's house did not disappoint. You can check out all the action on Main Street right off the back porch. The modern kitchen is stocked with all the cooking gear and dishes you'd need, there are two HD cable TVs with a great channel line up, a charming gas fireplace that warms the main floor living area, SUPER comfy beds and plenty of fluffy towels. The house is cozy - under 1000 square feet. But, the three-story layout gave us plenty of room to move around in. It didn't feel small at all! For skiers: it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Town Life for Park City Mountain Resort. There are also several hikes nearby during the warmer months. Dan and his house manager also reached out to check on us before, during, and after our visit. All-in-all, a fantastic experience!

Charming house, great location

We had a great stay at Dan’s house, he was responsive from start to finish. The location of the house was amazing with Main St located only a block away. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were nice. Overall I feel like the house was great value and my expectations were exceeded.

Patrick and guests were great, with a little snag on the communication prior to arrival. The house was left in EXCELLENT condition - almost as if they weren’t there because it was so clean. Definitely would rent to Patrick again.

Awesome location.

Stayed a week with family over Christmas and loved it. One short block from all Main Street has to offer but still quiet up on the hill on Park Ave. house is very cute comfortable with nice movie room in the basement for family movie night. Two nice work areas for keeping up with office stuff or creative writing. So close to everything and convenient. Excellent water pressure and warm felt so great after day of skiing. Easy driveway for off street parking and they have a company keeping the snow and ice off for you. Wow. Nice touch. Loved this place highly recommended.
