LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - WE'VE GOT IT!!!

2024 UPDATES: Downstairs bedrooms painted. New queen bedroom furniture in downstairs bedroom. New tankless hot water heater & new dishwasher

2023 UPDATES: New carpet in downstairs bedrooms. New washer & dryer (not in photo)

2022 UPDATES: New oven, new wood floors on 2nd level, great room painted & downstairs bathroom remodeled.

2021 UPDATES: New sectional sofa and kitchen refresh. Kitchen has new counters, backsplash, cabinets painted & new hardware + new larger sink!

2020 UPDATES: New Sleep Number bed in Master bedroom. Dial up your perfect night's sleep! New king bed added to 2nd bedroom upstairs so now there's 2 king size beds. New hot tub and new dining room table that seats 8 comfortably.

2019 UPDATES: Very excited that our MASTER BATHROOM WAS COMPLETELY REMODELED in October, 2019. Brand new everything & a terrific large, walk in shower now! NEW LENNOX FURNACE AND A/C SYSTEM!! Be cozy or cool during your stay. :) Master bedroom got a re-fresh too... new wallpaper, new lighting and new accessories. New Smart TV & speaker bar added in great room + new pillows were also added to all bedrooms. And our internet/cable provider ran a new cable outside so our wifi speed has really improved.


We are in Old Town, one block down from Park City Mountain Resort. We walk to the lifts when we ski. Or you can walk 50 steps to a bus stop and jump on the free bus to Deer Valley or Canyons Ski Resorts. The bus will also take you 5 min. to Main Street for dining and shopping. Grocery store is also a 5 min. bus trip so it's easy to stock the kitchen and eat in. Our twin home feels more like a private single family home; with all the comforts you are looking for. You have a private back yard to enjoy your hot tub after a day of skiing. Or relax on the balcony off the living room and enjoy the view and our gas grill. There is a small park next to the library (also a short, half block walk) and you'll find some small hills perfect for kids to go sledding. We keep a sled/disc in our garage.

The upstairs has a large OPEN floor plan; the kitchen, dining and living areas form a great room. The dining room table seats 8. Two bedrooms are downstairs with a jack and jill bathroom.

We have a property management service in Park City so if you need any assistance with the home, there is someone available locally to help you 24 hours a day.

**The fire pit is only available during our spring, summer and fall rental season**

Our home is warm and comfortable, well furnished. The kitchen is completely stocked with just about every gadget you'll need. We know you will feel right at home! This is a non-smoking home.

Great location and nice property

Excellent Location, Very Accommodating Host

Our group of 8 had an excellent stay in February! Incredible location only a short walk to the lifts. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Pam was kind enough to not only let us check in early, but she also allowed us to store our bags in the garage after checkout while we spent the morning skiing. Highly recommend!

Amazing location

Perfect location next to ski lifts and easily slept our group of 8. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and some supplies. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful ski location

Very Nice Townhouse

We stayed for a long weekend skiing and the home is in a great location. Everything was clean and comfortable, had everything you need. Pam was easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again!

Comfy and convenient.

The house is centrally located in Park City. Easy to access activities, restaurants and businesses. We had 5 adults in our group and it was comfortable for hanging out, but also allowed for privacy. Would stay again.

Perfect location for Old Town and Skiing!

We had a wonderful experience at the great Old Town location. The house was in great condition and well appointed. It's walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort base area as well as to downtown for shopping and dining. We will likey return!

Park City February 2024

We had a fantastic time at Park City. The house is in a great location close to the mountain and Main street, it is modern and well equipped, check in and out was smooth and Pam was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great house in a perfect location

Literally steps to the lifts and a blocks to downtown this place was perfect for skiing all day and walking to town for dinner and shopping. The unit was exactly as shown and very clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was easy and friendly. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Very nice place in a sweet location.

Everything it was advertised to be. Short uphill walk to lifts. Short downhill walk to numerous bus routes. Perfect for Grandpa and Grandma in master bedroom, two adults in another bedroom and two kids (11 and 10) downstairs. The hot tub got a lot of use. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice bbq grill. All of use really liked it and would stay there again.

Would definitely rent again!

We were very happy with the location, amenities and all the attention to detail that was given to the items available in the house. The rooms were all very roomy so it did not feel crowded with 8 people staying there. The kitchen was very roomy and loaded The kitchen and the living room are upstairs so if anyone can trouble with stairs this may not be the best option. There are gates and such available if you have small children.

Fantastic location and accommodations!

This was our fifth visit to Park City and it is by far the best place we've stayed. It really is just a five minute walk to the Park City ski resort so no need to stand around waiting on the shuttle bus. The beds are all very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. If you like to cook the kitchen has everything you need including a nice selection of spices and other assorted pantry items. It can be pretty cold in Park City and one of the best things about this house is the extra space heaters so you can have a nice warm bathroom while you shower and there's plenty of hot water so we never ran out even with seven people showering. The hot tub is fantastic with plenty of room for everyone.

Great propert - great location

We traveled with a group of 7 for a boys snowboarding trip and selected this location because of its proximity to the PCM base area in addition to the easy access to Main St. Overall we couldn't have been happier with the selection. There were a few hiccups throughout the stay but they were quickly and soundly addressed by the owner Pam. Overall if your looking for a place that has great access to PCM in addition to the Cayonons and DV via the shuttle this place is for you. The walk to PCM base area is roughly a block uphill and the house is located close to several shuttle stops, in addition uber was an inexpensive was to get to Main St in less than 5 min. Overall a great stay made even better by the fact there was no need to rent a car.

Awesome family vaca!

First time ever for our family skiing out west and it was everything we hoped for! Quick and easy from the airport. Property manager provided easy access and was very responsive. Owner was so helpful with info on grocery delivery and ski rentals. Both very important since we didn’t rent a car. The house has a good assortment of pantry items for cooking and is fully stocked with bathroom essentials. Hot tub was a welcome respite after skiing and even though the snow prevented access to the fire pit, we enjoyed making the s’mores inside. Great place in a great location just a short walk to the lifts, the bus, and anything else you need. Thanks!

We fell in love with Park City during a summer vacation and decided it was the perfect location for a year round vacation home. This is our second home; it's well furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to feel right at home. We love mountain biking at Deer Valley and hiking all of the local trails in the summer and the skiing and terrain choices are unmatched in the winter.

We wanted to be close to Park City Mountain Resort but we also wanted to be close to the huge City Park for the summer. This location is close to everything, you really don't need a car. You will love the ease of walking to skiing or jumping on the bus and being where you want to go in 5 minutes!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

1372 Woodside Ave. Unit A - We have a truly perfect location. Enlarge the map view and it's easier to see the house marker behind point B. We are right across the street from Park City's main park. There is a bike trail that you catch here that runs for miles, there is a huge playground area and skate park there as well as volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. We can walk a half block to the city library or walk one block up the hill to Park City Mountain Resort. If you want to go to Main St. it's a 15 minute walk or take approx 50 steps out your front door to a bus stop. The free bus service will take to you Main St. (5 min. ride) or Deer Valley (15 min ride) or go the other direction to the Canyons (15 min. ride). You will find that you are right in the center of all of the action!
