Simply the best 1650 sq. ft. PENTHOUSE condo in Mar Vista Grande! Please read our many 5 Star guest comments and send inquiries with any questions through VRBO. No additional owner fees charged. You can reserve Unit 1403 by following the website directions.

Located on the 14th floor of the FOUR DIAMOND resort it will far exceed your rental expectations. Even better, renters go directly to the condo upon arrival - no line and waiting to check-in! Only the 14th and 15th floors are Penthouse floors with quality upgrades throughout. One of only 20 condos with a single door private entrance in a building of 160 units. Owners winter in condo so the unit looks exactly like the pictures - clean, sanitized, constantly updated, well-maintained and fully stocked. You won't be disappointed upon arrival!

Professionally decorated, the unit is completely upgraded not like the typical unit. It has maple cabinetry throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, ceramic tile floors, plush carpet, crown molding and nine foot ceilings, wet bar and wine cooler. There is an oversized walk-in glass shower with jetted tub in the master bathroom. All 3 tubs/showers have grab bars to ensure safe usage. Unit is cleaned and sanitized for the next guest to promote health safety.

The balcony, largest in the Mar Vista Grande, offers outside dining, rocking chairs and relaxing on two full size cushioned lounge chairs overlooking the ocean and North Myrtle Beach. The balcony has both sun and shade.

View a 60” Samsung Smart television with a superb high definition/digital picture and sound bar. Record your favorite shows on the available DVR. Leather sofa has recliners on both ends plus matching recliner. An overstuffed chair adds to the ambiance of the living room. Master bedroom has a 55” Vizio Smart TV. Two other bedrooms have 40” Samsung Smart televisions. Along with central air conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans. Furniture, bedding, mattresses, carpets, small kitchen appliances, regular and Keurig coffee maker etc. are updated. Nothing in the condo is used or second hand. Wireless internet available throughout. Starter toiletries provided. Please bring amount needed for a longer stay.

Removed from the over crowding in Myrtle Beach, Mar Vista Grande in North Myrtle Beach is your ideal location. It’s within walking distance to downtown, shops, restaurants and entertainment. The complex has a well-equipped 24 hour fitness center, seasonal Tiki Hut, on-site Spa, indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs, lazy river and easy beach handicap access. This condo was absolutely amazing!! Great location, awesome balcony & view with nice shade & breeze, comfortable beds, & had everything 1 needed for a stay at the beach. Very clean & spacious & quiet. Nice pools & hot tubs & a small lazy river. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of parking in garage. Plan to stay again. Definitely recommend.

What an amazing Host! Everything was perfect! Loved the accommodations, location, beach, pools, hot tubs, view, check in/out. The pool party the last day made the rainy weather insignificant. Definitely would stay again, highly recommend this place!

Thank you for confirming our unit and the Mar Vista Grande are "Simply the Best." Weather does not effect anyone's vacation with the large covered heated pool, kiddie pool and hot tub! Too hot, too rainy, too cool, evening time - just move inside. There is a wide, flat beach right out front and it's only a short walk to restaurants and entertainment. You never even have to use your car! Thanks again and come back to us!

My family just loved our stay at the Penthouse! It was clean and enough room for 6 adults and 2 children. Communication between us and the owners was great. I highly recommend staying here.

The family really enjoyed our week in the penthouse condo. It's actually better in person than the pics for the listing present.The Mar Vista Grande property is great. One resident mentioned that every rental was full but there was always plenty of parking in the garage. The indoor pool and hot tub are very spacious. Hot tub was indeed hot. The fitness center included all major types of equipment. Only issue is that it's not 24 hours for those of us that are busy all day and like our midnight workouts. The location is wonderful with great places nearby to refuel like Brisket, Crave Italian Oven and Bar, and Melt. For those like us that always forget something, there is a Kroger. Plenty of other options for entertainment are also located close by.May was very responsive to email and texts prior to, during, and after our stay. Instructions provided for the condo were detailed and very clear. Check-in itself was easy and fast with the ability to just park and head right up to the floor.The amenities available were more than what was required and even the limited provided toiletries were more than enough for the six of us for the whole week.We will definitely book for our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

Mar Vista Grande is the newest complex directly on the ocean in North Myrtle Beach. The building has all the amenities - pools, hot tubs, lazy river, exercise room, tiki bar and covered attached parking. There are no lines or waiting to check-in. And most important, when you open the door to your vacation unit you can breathe a sigh of relief! You will find a clean, well-maintained, highly stocked condo with soft beach colors for your enjoyment. Thank you for a wonderful guest review!

You are absolutely right! The Mar Vista Grande is located perfectly - beach, restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Added to this convenience, is a spacious, clean, updated condo with full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We have many repeat guests!

Thank you for your comment but most of our guests prefer the side view and choose it purposely. It includes an excellent view of the ocean, beach and North Myrtle Beach. Instead of looking at an all black vista after sunset, they enjoy the white lights of the city. Also our balcony is more protected, allowing visitors to be outside during inclement weather like wind, rain, etc. If you love a front porch to enjoy watching life and the ocean, it’s perfect!

Thank you for your 5 star review! Our condo is maintained and updated regularly for us and our guests. We actually find the side view offers so much more than a front view, especially after sunset. You can enjoy the beach, ocean and North Myrtle Beach all at once. And the balcony is better protected from wind, rain and intense sun. Our condo is quiet like you mentioned, having a single private entrance. Thank you again and we will offer a repeat guest discount for your next visit to the beach.

All our guests have loved the condo, giving it 5 Stars for cleanliness, amenities and decor! The kitchen is completely equipped for cooking at the beach. Beds have name brand mattresses for comfortable sleeping for 10. There are 3 reclining seats in the living room, 2 in the leather sofa and one separate recliner. Our balcony is perfect with 2 chaise loungers and 2 rocking chairs, offering both sun and shade. We agree the unit is “Simply the Best!”

Our family felt this was the best location we have stayed in all our visits to NMB! Perfect space from top to bottom. We cooked in the kitchen, relaxed on the balcony and slept like babies! It was exactly what you hope for when booking...Clean, clean, clean...including the lobby and hallways...elevators and pools. Definitely 10/10 recommend

Beautiful condo, it looks just like the photos!!

We loved our stay in this condo!! It looks exactly like the pictures posted and it was spotless!! The beds were incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of space for 5 adults. We would absolutely stay here again!

We've stayed at Mar Vista in other units ,but this unit is by far the best kept, nicest one .

the location and amenities at mar vista are outstanding , when going to the Myrtle beach area , we always try to get a place at Mar Vista. This unit is the nicest one we have stayed in.

Beautiful, clean, spacious condo.

We absolutely loved our family vacation at this beautiful condo in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was as advertised, clean, and comfortable. The beds were nice, and the ocean views were wonderful. The beach was clean, not too crowded, and close to everything in NMB.

Exceeded expectations....relaxing and beautiful

This condo was beautiful and clean, in a private, quiet area. Close to so many restaurants, shops, and entertainment. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony with views of North Myrtle Beach and the ocean. Highly recommend this beautiful beach condo.

We agree! There is nothing better than a beautiful, roomy, clean, well-equipped vacation rental. All you have to do is relax, breathe and enjoy the area and the beach!

Amazing Condo!

Even though the weather was not ideal, this condo exceeded our expectations! Do not hesitate to book this one. We would definitely stay here again. Everything from checkin to checkout was perfect. Extremely clean and well appointed.

Our condo has a perfect beach location, is the perfect size and has indoor pools/ hot tubs, exercise room to use in iffy weather. North Myrtle Beach is quieter than main Myrtle Beach offering the same wonderful beach feeling, food, and entertainment. All this is available but with less lines and traffic. Mar Vista Grande is a privately owned complex with codes to enter both garage and condo. There is no onsite rental agency - making the building safe, secure, quieter than many others. We love the condo, location and beach. So glad you enjoyed your vacation!

Great Place

We had a great time. Beautiful place, had everything you needed. Just take your food clothes and beach and pool stuff. Walk out from the pool to the beach. Great place. Would stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation spot! Thank you for a great review reminding future guests that Mar Vista Grande is directly on the beach with beautiful pools close by. And best of all the condo is comfortably furnished, stocked and decorated.! We look forward to your return visit.

We are a retired couple from the north who have vacationed in this area for 35 years. Now we spend our winters and part of the fall in North Myrtle Beach at our beautiful condo. We are the original and only owners of Unit 1403 and are committed to keeping the condo and Mar Vista Grande a premier location for us and our guests.

Mar Vista Grande is a five star resort directly on the ocean with a wide white sandy beach. It has both indoor and outdoor heated pools, 2 large hot tubs, lazy river, Tiki Bar and exercise room. There is an attached 4 level covered parking garage and 4 high speed elevators. It is the newest property in North Myrtle Beach and perfect for a vacation!

Everything at the Mar Vista Grande is top notch! There is security to enter the garage and building so it is extra safe for children and families. Staff is available 24 hours within the building.
