Ocean Front 3BR/2BA Luxury Condo with Stunning Views

This 3BR/2BA condo is ideally located in the Crescent Beach part of North Myrtle Beach. It's close to everything that the area has to offer which includes shopping (2 miles from Barefoot Landing), dining, golfing, and of course relaxing on the beach. This is a fully furnished unit that's been updated throughout with a private deck, private pool for all Shoreham Towers II residents, outside pergola area with charcoal grill, all with a magnificent beach view. Each bedroom has its own Samsung Smart TV, Queen-size beds in the guest bedrooms, King-size (Casper) bed in the main bedroom that overlooks the deck to the beach. This has been the perfect vacation spot for our family since the building was constructed in 1983. We'd also love it to be the perfect spot for you and your family for many years to come.

Patrick and Jen's ocean front condo is perfectly located in North Myrtle beach with an awesome view of the ocean! The condo was clean and inviting, well appointed and quite well-stocked. The four of us noted many times how nice it was to have a very short walk to the beach. We liked the security of having entry codes to the building and the condo and the benefit of carts and a great elevator which assured easy transport of items from our cars to the condo. The condo afforded guests quality furniture, beds, baths, linens and towels. Patrick and Jen were wonderful hosts and responsive to guest's needs and questions. Thanks to our hosts and their condo, our 10 days in North Myrtle were terrific!

The perfect oceanfront condo

We had a wonderful stay at this 3 bedroom oceanfront Condo. We were on the third floor and spent every morning having coffee on the balcony enjoying the sound of the waves and the beautiful breeze. The Condo had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen and many household items already there. It is convenient to countless restaurants and Duplin winery as well as shops and mini golf everywhere. I would definitely go back and rent again when I am in town.

Hurricane Helene Respite

We absolutely loved this condo, especially getting away from Savannah where my daughter, sil and granddaughter live. We had planned on staying at a VRBO in Asheville but that of course was cancelled, 💔🙏 and my family needed some rest and relaxation! God knew the perfect condo for us! Everything was exactly as it was detailed on VRBO. There was nothing we needed and no questions needing answered as they had everything written out for us. I would rate this place a 10/10… and I am picky about where I stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo, we will be back!!

Cozy Weekend Get-a-way

We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is stocked so well. Decor is lovely. Appreciated all the little touches like hand soap and shower soap provided. Jenifer was very responsive to our questions. I would love to stay here again.

Great view

The condo was even better looking in person. It just might be the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Many, many essentials were provided. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and the people walking their dogs. Owners were very quick with their replies. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Nice condo, right off the elevator. Quiet and relaxing.

We enjoyed our week at the property. It was clean, nice location, great parking. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The unit is nicely decorated. Cons - we were not fans of the security camera or the electronic door lock that was temperamental. The building security with keyed entry was nice for feeling safe but frustrating when we struggled with the door locks. Also the sheer number of rules posted was overwhelming, and a draw back. Overall I’d stay here again.

Relaxing at Shorham ll

Overall we had a great time. The condo was comfortable and clean. We would stay again in the future. The only negative was the front door was hard to open. And the door did not latch unless you pulled hard on it when you leave and shoved on it when you were inside. The spring loaded return did not close it in its own.

Great Getaway

We stayed here for a baseball series at Coastal Carolina University. Good location. Felt very safe the whole time. Excellent access to the beach with perfect views. Beds we’re comfortable and everything was as advertised. Hosts were very responsive with questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property as Pictured!

The condo is beautiful and very well stocked for guests. My daughters and I enjoyed the stay very much. The view is BEAUTIFUL. The location on the beach is awesome, you are only a few steps away from the beach!

Host were Wonderful

Property is as described. Incredible Ocean views and very convenient to everything. Owner was very helpful and wonderful to work with. They even had condiments spices etc in the unit. Beds were very comfortable. Only suggestion is next time around get larger TV's :) for movie watching. Host had Netflix on TV's which was great and would definitely stay there again.

Ultimate relaxation!

My family stayed here for a much needed getaway and we couldn't have been more pleased! The condo is every bit as amazing as the description. It's not only beautiful and spacious, but the extra added touches made it feel like home. The owners were so thoughtful to provide extra supplies just in case you forgot something, no need for those extra trips to the store. As others have stated, they are very responsive and easy to reach for questions. The view is absolutely stunning. I could have spent the entire trip out on the balcony. We will definitely be planning to return here on our next trip to North Myrtle.

Jen and I purchased this unit in the fall of 2020 which has been in our family since the building was constructed in 1983. Ive spent my entire life vacationing here which we have continued doing with our children and extended family. This is our home away from home and hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we have over the decades.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This unit is ideally located so that its easy to get to the countless restaurants, shopping, fishing, golf, or just about anything you can think of in the N. Myrtle Beach area without having to deal with high traffic and immense crowds that S. Myrtle Beach attracts during peak season. This a safe area to be in and a well taken care of facility that's family friendly.

We absolutely love being able to grill out for lunch/dinner all while still being directly on the beach at the facilities picnic area. Its so incredibly easy and convenient to get on and off the beach and the balcony is perfect for relaxing while enjoying the oceanfront view and the sounds of the ocean.
