One of Folly's Best! This comfortable 1 bedroom condo has hardwood floors, a cozy open floor plan and a beautiful ocean view! The king size mattress and luxury linens rejuvenate you for your next day of vacation. This condo is located on the first floor of an elevated three story complex that sits directly on the beach. The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units. You even have a shared washer/dryer during your stay! The night sky is perfect for stargazing and listening to ocean waves crash onto the shore. You can leave your car parked in your reserved parking space the entire time you are here as everything is in easy walking distance. The TV's are equipped with basic cable. Beach lovers can enjoy the views of the ocean from the shared balcony of this condo or by crossing the private boardwalk over the sand dunes and right onto the sand! During the summer you can enjoy the water at one of the only sections of the beach with a lifeguard. Those who like to fish can walk down to the Fishing Pier located less than a block away to join other anglers. Great restaurants, fresh seafood vendors and a grocery store are all nearby. This unit is a great base to explore the beach as well as the historic City of Charleston. This is a smoke free condo. Folly Beach Suites shares laundry & HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from washer/dryer as soon as possible. Host on the Coast allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - Business License Number: LIC005363. Because of the potential of fraud we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

The renovated condo was very nice and comfortable, the oceanfront views from the condo are amazing, and it was great to be able to walk right onto the amazing beach. The hosts were SUPER! Timely responded to all communications, even one in the evening.I hope to get back soon!

This was our 1st trip to Folly. Host on the Coast was a great location for us. Beach view beautiful,& close to lot of things but not right in the meat of the town. Everyone was friendly. We are of Senior age just for reference.

Really cute place on the beach but we didnā€™t feel safe at all due to 2 holes drilled through the door, not repaired when lock was changed and no dead bolt on the inside to secure the door! The cool air in the room was escaping through the holes. Wasp nests in several locations on the porch made it uneasy entry!

We arrived on Friday evening and ended up with no power in the half of the kitchen or the bathroom. We thought we had no hot water to find that it had to be set on cold to become hot. It was partially repaired Saturday around noon. We still could not use the outlet in the bathroom. There were no other issues after that. The location was great. I do feel that there should have been some type of deduction in the rate for the issues considering the amount I paid for 2 nights stay. I suggested this as well when I called to report the issue.

Perfect for small group

Perfect fit for our 3 generation girls' beach trip. Plenty of room for relaxing in the evenings, a table for playing card games, and a large bathroom to accommodate. AC worked well and kept up with summer heat. Note, no ice maker--grab an extra bag on your way in. There are ice trays, but the extra ice was beneficial. Thanks for such comfortable accommodations!

We had the unit behind the stairs that everyone uses to enter any rooms. So to have ocean view is to open your room for everyone to see in... Not ideal. Should be a ocean view price for this room.

Our suite was clean with a very comfortable bed & steps away from the beach. However, the steps on the property were unsafe. My husband fell going up the stairs. In addition, we had no water for the bathroom bath/shower.

Annual anniversary trip to Folly

My husband and I love celebrating our anniversary at Folly. This year we really wanted a beachfront property and this condo was perfect for us and our dog. The accessibly to the beach was wonderful, and the proximity to the restaurants/shops was ideal. We had a minor maintenance issue, and the property had it handled within a couple of hours and communicated well with us. The only complaint is that neighbors were a bit loud upstairs, but thatā€™s no fault of the property! Weā€™d definitely book here again.

Great Location....Great Stay!

My wife, son, and I booked this 1-bedroom and we had an excellent time! The location couldn't be any better, as it was close to everything we wanted/needed (i.e., the pier, restaurants, beach, etc.). The people are great and the communication with the booking manager was fantastic! This was a great stay! We'll be back!

Beach front condo

We loved the place and location,it would have been nice to know in advance about the beach restoration as we are from KC and our first time at a beach front location and we were looking forward to the beach front access.. still had a great time and really enjoyed this cute, clean condo!

Great Place...but

This place really is nice and was clean and an excellent location. However, two different days we encountered large cockroach on the floor of the bedrooms. On both occasions it was a single roach and I was able to kill it, But both were as big as my thumb. If not for that, this place was flawless and such a great location. I know they are common in the south. but not ideal to see them on vacation

Great expectations

Everything was wonderful. The facility was clean laid out well everything was furnished. We are 75 and 76 years old. The stairs were a little challenging, but thank goodness we were on the first floor. If we ever come back to eastern South Carolina, we will certainly look this place up and try to, revisit the facility. Enjoyed the short walk to downtown. The ocean view was fantastic. Overall it was an A+.

Wonderful reunion for 2 lifelong friends

This location on the first level (after one level walk up) was ideal. Close to everything, quiet, and so many dogs passing by to get pats! It was very clean with everything we needed to enjoy 3 nights. Private boardwalk to the beach. Plenty of towels and pillows. Our AC unit gave up on our last night. Maintenance came at 10 pm and set us up with a portable unit so we could sleep comfortably. Would stay again!
