You can park your car the entire time you are here in the private parking space provided because you are within easy walking distance of everything Folly has to offer. If you want to enjoy the ocean you will love waking up to the sounds of the waves directly off the front porch of the condo. Beautiful Sunrise is also located on one of the only sections of the beach that provides a lifeguard for safe swimming during the summer season. It is important to note that Beautiful Sunrise is on the third floor of this building without an elevator and the balcony is not private. Beautiful Sunrise allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire.
