Spacious and comfortable, with partial ocean view from the living room and bedroom, this beautiful condo has one bedroom and one full bathroom, spacious kitchen, and living room. Fully equiped with two large TV's, wifi, beach gear, all linens, kitchen tools ect.

This property worked well for me and my preschooler. It was an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to Legoland. Everything was clean upon my arrival with no maintenance issues encountered. Carlsbad was great to stay in. The area where the rental is located has a bit of the small town feel but is only a short drive from all of the amenities I needed.

What a wonderful stay.

By far, one of the best places we have stayed at. Walking distance to the beach and Carlsbad village. The pictures of this place are accurate but are more beautiful in person. Clean, comfortable quarters, functional and quality amenities, relaxing and safe environment. A/C was wonderful, bed was great and the hot water showers were all a perfect ending to a beautiful day. Thank you so much for being an amazing host. We will be back. Thank you again.

Nice one bedroom condo. The update/remodel is pretty decent. The double sink in the bathroom is not needed, not enough counter space to set anything on. The beds are uncomfortable. If I owned this place the first thing that I would do is replace the mattress. Every thing else is good. The beach chairs and boogey boards and ice chest that they provide are a nice addition. The AC worked good. The beach is very easy to walk to, about 100 yards away. It is upstairs with garage below.

Great location

My friend and I stayed 3 nights and had a great time. The garage access is a bit tight to maneuver the vehicle as it is close to the four garbage bins outside against the corner wall. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom could use a couple more hooks to hang travel bags. The kitchen had a good variety of kitchenware although no condiments were provided (no salt/pepper/sugar). The location is great for beach, coffee shops, gift shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. We moved the two stools from the living room to the balcony outside to use as side tables. We definitely would come back.

Good times

the unit is on the second floor which we prefer. It is close to the beach. We did a 1.5 mile loop almost every day. It’s close to town. We went to the French cafe. But be prepared to speak Spanish. There was a serious sand operation on the beach but it didn’t impact us.

Modern, clean, comfortable, with ocean views and a garage!

My daughter and I loved the condo! The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was perfect, the place was super clean, and the view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom made it a perfect place to stay.

Fabulous

Had a mother daughter trip. The location was perfect. We walked to the beach and to restaurants in the area. It is stocked with the basics, but it has everything you need. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property

Open and airy unit, very clean and stocked with everything needed (except scissors, but I had a pair, lol) Had coffee each morning on the balcony. Almost instant access to the beach for nightly sunsets. Very comfortable beds. We'll be renting again.....

While the initial booking indicated which of the three units I had reserved, the check-in information did not specify unit number. I didn't have a good enough signal to load the original booking, which meant that I had to drive to a place where I got a signal to verify that information. I'm not sure if that's an issue with VRBO or the listing, but it seems like a simple fix. Pros: The unit was clean and well-appointed and you can't beat the location. Garage parking was a nice perk. Onsite laundry was convenient.Cons: I got dropped from work Zoom calls multiple times because the wifi cut out intermittently, separate from a carrier outage that happened while I was there. At one point a fuse tripped and disabled the garage doors. The circuit panel was in another unit, so I had to wait for those occupants to come home to reset the system. Also, there's no soundproofing between the garages below and the unit, which means that any time someone comes or goes, the whole unit vibrates. Weirdly, it seemed like someone was coming and going between 1-6 AM on a regular basis, which makes for a disrupted night's sleep.

California Dreamin’

A nice, clean, bright efficiency size apartment minutes away from beautiful Carlsbad Beach. The ocean is always in view from the front porch and window. You can keep the bedroom window open at night and hear the waves crash on the shore. Many restaurants and boutiques about a 15 minute walk away. Very enjoyable.

My adult daughter came for the Oceanside a triathlon. We had a wonderful stay here in Carlsbad!

This property was perfect! We loved the close location to the beach and Carlsbad Village, Walking distance to both:) The condo was clean, bright and well decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable! We will come again for sure!!!

Overall, a nice stay

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. We loved that we could just walk across the street and go to the beach. There were a couple small of things that we think need to be addressed. There needs to be a clock somewhere in the apartment and a mirror other than the one in the bathroom. At one point there was an issue with the garage door. We called the property manager listed twice, but she never called us back. Other than that we had a great stay.

Great stay comfortable beds

Great stay comfortable beds! Really enjoyed the location cleanliness will come back. Couple of things I can suggest is that they provide shampoo, soap coffee and a full length mirror for girls!!

Beach access

We stayed two weeks in the apartment. The location was perfect and the property manager was very responsive to some minor problems. Since we stayed two weeks there are a few things I wish I had known. There is no oven and very little storage space for food. Limited cooking options. The washer and dryer are not in the apartment but downstairs which was not conventient. I would definately stay again for a few days but it is not a good option for a longer stay.

Awesome stay!!

We loved every minute. The property is beautiful. Everything we needed was there - including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Comfy beds and beautiful view of the beach from the living room and bedroom. Plus the location is amazing. Thanks for offering.

Immaculate property!!

Exactly as advertised. Large fridge with ice cube trays provided & filtered water pitcher. Five cup drip coffee maker. Well stocked cookware/dishes. Thoroughly enjoyed our week stay. Simply decorated & most importantly, very clean. Hope to return in the future!

A breath of fresh ocean air

This property is a pleasure to stay in. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with everything you need in great comfort. Property manager is responsive and on point and the owner is thoughtful and considerate. We will definitely be happy to come back.
