Feel like your at home in this wonderful newly remodeled family home located in a quiet cul-de-sac. This three bedroom home is able to sleep up to 8 comfortably. House is newly furnished and cozy. The house is equipped with Wifi. The kitchen is newly remodeled and has all the supplies you need to cook up any family meals. Master bedroom hosts a plush king size bed, dresser, large closets and attached bathroom. Second bedroom has a luscious queen size bed, dresser and spacious closet. The third bedroom has twin beds, dresser and large closet. The living room is a great area to spend with friends of family. It features a brand new large sectional (queen sized sofa bed inside that sleeps two) and pair of adorable chairs. Den includes a large comfortable futon couch and two futon chairs for additional sleeping. Flat screen TVs are found in the living room and den. Backyard features a cozy seating area to enjoy. There is a place to play corn hole. Family games are located in the hall closet. The location of this home is right off a main street, Louisiana Blvd., that leads to ABQ Uptown Shopping Area, Coronado Mall, and Winrock Shopping Center. You'll find loads of wonderful shopping, a movie theater, family entertainment center, breweries, restaurants, and the freeway I-40. Right down Louisiana is one of the many public golf courses which hosts a 18 and 9 hole course with gorgeous mountain views.

The house was perfect for our needs. We had a flood at our own home and had to stay somewhere else for two months! This three bedroom house with den was perfect for our needs. We were able to set up our home offices easily with good Internet service. Communication with our host was easy and they were responsive to all requests.

Great neighborhood and accommodations. Close to everything and very comfy. It was a hot week to be in NM but the host was very accommodating with extra fans to insure we remained comfortable. Overall great experience, my family and I would absolutely stay here again!

Spacious, warm home for a gathering

We had a lovely stay for our gathering of old college friends. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing meals together. Wonderful layout for our group to gather around the table and in the living room, bedrooms were nicely separate. We appreciated the very convenient location, nice for neighborhood walks. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great location

Perfect location to access Hoffmann Church Park and Ride only 10 minutes away and no traffic at 3:45 am or Coronado Park and Ride for BalloonFest. Had 5adults and two children and had sufficient accommodations for all. Also convenient access to Airport, Several places close by to eat or get groceries. Appreciate welcome gift and note. Would stay again if back in area

Powwow Weekend

A group of friends and the niece of one of them came out to see the art market up at Santo Domingo Pueblo, the plazas in both Santa Fe and Old Town, as well as the Pueblo Cultural Center. We always come out the same weekend as the Gathering of Nations to relax and enjoy the city, eat the local cuisine and see the scenery. It was such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, a great place to wind down after a busy day out and about. Thank you for you hospitality. The house was immaculate and comfortable. We will book again if available on our next trip out!! Thanks for your hospitality!!

Great Stay

We appreciated how welcoming and well laid out the house was. It was so nice to have a quiet place to return to after several hectic and crowded days. We appreciated the info cards that were placed thru out the house. It answered all of our possible questions. The house was very clean and we had plenty of towels. GREAT STAY!

The pictures don't show just how cute and quaint this home is. The home is very clean and spacious for a party of 8. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our hosts were very responsive to my questions, even came by to demonstrate how to work the heat since the temperature dropped during our stay. I would also love to add that we loved our welcome gift left for us by the hosts!! We will highly recommend to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing Stay!

Tony and Claudia are amazing hosts. Tony was very responsive and attentive when we had questions about the WIFI and air conditioner. The home was very well kept and clean. We will definitely come back when we're back in ABQ.

Nice place in NE Heights

We had a great visit in ABQ and really enjoyed this rental unit. There was plenty of space, the garage made parking super convenient and the host was very helpful. All systems in the house worked great and appeared to be well stocked. Overall would stay here again.

Balloon Experience Stay

The property is very accessible to main thoroughfares. Everything worked. However, there is a shortage of electrical outlets. There are no outlets in the main bathroom. We would stay here again.

Land of Enchantment

The property provided us with lots of space and easy access to dining, shopping and adventures. Close to I25 and I40 allowed us to quickly head out of all of our adventures. There is lot to explore in New Mexico. Due to Covid the Pueblos as well as a few other places were closed. The property was very well stocked, so we did cook a bit and of course did quite a bit of laundry.

Girlfriends trip to the Balloon Fiesta

We were on a girlfriend trip and the house was a perfect location for getting around Albuquerque. The house has a great back porch where we had morning coffee everyday. We had a few questions, Claudia & Tony were easy to contact with answers . They were exceptional hosts and any of us would gladly stay there again if we were in town again.

Tony and Claudia have been married over 30 years. We are excited to host this home for any travelers wanting to explore the Albuquerque area. Tony was born and raised right here. Albuquerque is home to us. We couldn't live without the beautiful views of the Sandia mountains, the gorgeous sunsets against the western desert views, and of course the amazing New Mexican cuisine especially the red and green chile. Tony actually makes the best red chile from his families recipe. Tony owns a beef jerky manufacturing company and Claudia is a public school administrator. Our children and grandchildren also live here in Albuquerque.

This property is one of the homes we own. We think of this home as one of our pride and joys. We enjoy visiting the property because it feels so peaceful. The neighbors are wonderful. We feel that you will be right at home. You can grill up wonderful meal in the backyard or cook one up in the kitchen. If you bring the kids along they can enjoy time in the den while the adults enjoy time in the living room or everyone can be altogether. We take pride in offering our home away from home with the upmost comforts of being in a clean and nicely decorated home. Everything was especially purchased just for this location. We know you are going to love it as much as we do.
