This is really good feedback, and very much appreciated. I've been thinking about upgrading the heating and cool system to a modern mini-split heat pump, and will update the listing once we have this completed. Currently we have forced air gas heat. For cooling we have a swamp cooler in the dining room/living room area and window units in each bedroom. It is correct, that we do not have a dishwasher, and we have not made made any investments into the backyard space. It's pretty much just a dirt backyard. We have folding camping chairs in the garage that guests can use if they would like to sit in the backyard and get some fresh air. I really try to balance offering the house at a budget price while also providing hotel quality amenities. We have high quality beds and linens. Guests will find mini shampoos and conditioners along with toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathrooms. The cleaners always leave out a new individually wrapped kitchen sponge and ample dish towels in the kitchen. I do budget funds each year to make reinvestments in the house, and really appreciate guest feedback so that we make improvements that will provide the best benefit to guests while still offering the house at a budget friendly price.
