Completely Upgraded Suite near Convention Center and Downtown Salt Lake City

Our comfortable, contemporary, and convenient 1 bedroom suite is located on tree-lined 1st Avenue directly behind the magnificent Cathedral of the Madeline -- and offers a pleasant two block stroll to the heart of Salt Lake at Temple Square, Convention Center and other downtown attractions.

Fully remodeled and newly appointed in 2018, our spacious suite features designer decorative flourishes with a pristine kitchen stocked with all new appliances, spices and utensils to prepare your meal with seating for up to 4. For entertainment, host the big game on the living room's cable-enabled 65 inch High Definition TV. Or drift off to sleep in our plush bed watching the 42 inch TV in the bedroom. We include covered parking for 1. There is a large storage room to store your bikes or skis. The Kids portable bunk beds can optionally extend sleeping arrangements up to 6 guests.

The property has one bedroom and one newly remodeled bathroom. There is a new queen sleeper and of course, the Kids portable bunk beds.

We are delighted to share our suite - an exceptional accommodation for 6 guests(2 of which must be children) -- only a few quiet, safe luxury steps from the sights of downtown Salt Lake.

Little Taste of Heaven

The condo was absolutely beautiful, cozy and in a great location. Lots of great restaurants and attractions. We didn't want to leave. Definitely 5 star worthy.

Super cute apartment

We had a wonderful weekend in SLC for the Kilby Block Party music festival. This location was great; nice quiet section of town with coffee shops and a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing after the festival each night. The owner was very quick to respond to any emails that we sent prior to, and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Wonderful accommodation option

Reservation went seamlessly. Cleanly and well stocked for a small property. Unfortunately there was no cable for news. And stairs and walk to unit from parking can be a problem with luggage. Movie options were abundant. Overall a wonderful experience 4*+.

Enjoyed very much; flat was comfortable and cute; very nice kitchen. Only 5 min walk to downtown, etc. Capitol within walking distance. The neighborhood is charming. Would recommend definitely.

Beautiful, clean and all of the amenities were thoughtful, organized and very much appreciated.

Only complaint, the bed. Very uncomfortable and the queen sleeper was even worse.

Cute little apartment

Furnishings, bedding, kitchen, and bathroom were all very well-stocked and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Beautiful area, historic homes all around. Quiet street. Sidewalks leading into the apartment were coming apart and were somewhat of a hazard. Parking stall is very narrow, hard for riders to get in and out of the car; we parked on the street instead. The original hardwood floors were very squeaky, making it hard for my surgical patient to sleep. The air-conditioning unit is very loud, especially at night, and turns on and off often, but it cooled very nicely and was a welcome relief from the outside heat.

This property was just as advertised. The place was spotless when we arrived. Tastefully decorated. Unit was very well-equipped, organized, and lots of amenities! Host was very responsive. Queen bed and bedding were very comfortable. Steep drive in back of building, and steps up to courtyard and then to front door, so ease of access to the unit would be tricky for some. Would definitely stay here again! Safe area in the “Lower Avenues” with great walkability, and coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Off-street covered parking was nice to have. An over-all great value for people who are particular about where they stay!

Comfortable apartment in a great location

my wife and I really enjoyed our 2 week stay. Very walkable neighborhood with grocery shopping, and many bars and restaurants within 10-15 minute walk. The apartment was clean and spacious and the kitchen had all the essentials. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay her. This apartment was exactly as advertised. Very conveniently located. Sharing a bathroom with 3 other gals wasn't even that big of a deal because this place was so clean, comfortable, and kitchen was full stocked.

Beautiful apartment that doesn't break your wallet

This apartment is a perfect place to stay if you are exploring downtown Salt Lake City. The host is very accommodate and responsive to attend our requests as well. We would definitely come back to this place when we visit SLC again!

Wonderful Place and A Great Location.

This comfortable unit is in a beautiful neighbor. Close to all of Salt Lake City's highlights. Very cozy. The property manager / host , Toni was outstanding. We had an issue with the air conditioning. She managed to get the owner of the service company to come out on a Sunday and make the repair. Outstanding service. We will stay there again.

PERFECT CHOICE!

My 26 year old daughter and I came to Salt Lake for a short spring break trip to visit a friend. The property was beautifully decorated, close to downtown, and located safely in an upscale neighborhood. I had to contact the owner prior to our arrival because an email she sent with pre-arrival info got lost in cyberspace. She immediately re-sent the information and everything about the trip from checking in to checking out was easy to understand and very helpful. The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. If ever I find myself planning another trip to SLC I will try to stay here again.

Great place

We enjoyed our time while here. The apt was nicely appointed with lots of stocked items to make it easy to fix meals and settle in! And the location was quiet overall. Loved hearing the bells from the cathedral across the street. The covered parking space was an added bonus. So glad we picked this property for our stay.

Close enough to walk to downtown and Temple Square. Much more modern inside than it looks from the street. Clean. Easy to relax. I like that we could put our own door code in.

Stan & Kathy Bennion have lived in Alaska for 8 years and prior to that in Azerbaijan, Bolivia, Colombia , Houston, and Salt Lake City where they met. They have 4 children, 3 of whom are in college. Stan is a Human Resources Manager in the energy industry and Kathy teaches Ballet. They have family in Utah and have owned rental property in Salt Lake City since 2004.

This unit will be more better stocked than any property you have stayed in. Everything that you will need in the kitchen including all small appliances, dishes, glasses, all linens, extra pillows and blankets. Everything is new. We have completely remodeled the space with all new furniture, bedding, mattress, etc. We take pride in making sure that your vacation is perfect! You can walk to the convention center, downtown Salt Lake City, and Temple Square. You can hop on public transportation a few blocks away. Safe neighborhood.
