This townhome is located steps from the San Juan River, which is perfect for tubing and rafting adventures. Downtown Pagosa Springs is a short drive away, where you'll find restaurants, shops, museums, and a handful of parks. The town's famous hot springs are only half a mile away. Hiking trails in the national forest are nearby in the summer, while skiing and snowboarding in winter is a short drive away at Wolf Creek.

Great location in Pagosa Springs

This is the best location in Pagosa Springs. It is directly adjacent to the San Juan River, in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance to downtown an the Springs Resort.

Walk on in to Pagosa Springs

We loved crossing over the Apache Street Bridge to use the Riverwalk Sidewalk into town. The proximity to Yamaguchi park is a plus for children and teens. Nice location to float the river from the house to the end of the park property.

Amazing!

This location is just magical! The river is literally right outside the back door. The sound of the river was perfect after a long day on slopes! The large living area and full windows facing the river made for a picturesque setting every evening. The amenities could not have been better! And having a garage is a must! Best place in Pagosa!

This house! Wow!

Our small group of 6, 2 kids and 2 couples totally loved our 4 night stay in this beautiful home. When you first open the door and walk in, the home and view are breathtaking. It is very tastefully decorated with comfy furniture and beds. TVā€™s in every room but why watch tv when you can be sitting out on the deck listening to the river rush by in a rocking type chair. Perfect for that afternoon drink and snack. Even though this is a townhome, we never heard anyone next door and felt private with no one behind usā€¦just the river. The master bedroom is great with a very nice king size mattress and bedding. The bathroom is spacious with a very nice shower. Housekeeping did a great job making sure house was clean and ready for our arrival and were given plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. The kitchen was very well equipped to prepare meals in. Two nice grills outside too! Loved the location of this house. Short walk on the wetlands path after crossing the bridge to get into town, the resort, or playground. Garage even had bikes and a nice floating tube for the river. Do not hesitate to book this house. Itā€™s one of the nicest we have ever rented. Thank you!

Beautiful Pagosa Vacation Home

Stunning property. Location by the river was absolutely beautiful. Walking trail, river, town, and hot springs were all within walking distance. Amazing stocked kitchen with everything to assist in cooking for a large family.

Loved the back patio being right on the river! The house lived up to the pictures! Super nice family area with comfortable couches. Kitchen area was well equipped. A real treat was having evening corn hole games on the back patio each evening!

Absolute perfection!!

Cobblestone River Resort was perfect for our family. The sound of the river right out your back door along with a variety of wildlife. Being within walking distance to town was a huge bonus as well. Pagosa is beautiful and the hiking in the area is amazing! I highly recommend horseback riding with Crazy Horse Outfitters and tubing the river with Pagosa Mountain Sports ($30/3hrs). We also enjoyed a couple of breakfasts at Two Chicks & a Hippie. Canā€™t wait to come back to Cobblestone River Resort!

Absolutely gorgeous

We almost didn't book this place because there was no hot tub, and after skiing a few days our muscles are always sore so it is usually a requirement. However, this place is absolutely beautiful- my jaw dropped when we walked in. The photos don't reflect how gorgeous it is. It sits right on the river and the view from the back patio is amazing. Plenty of space with 3 bathrooms. About a 30 min drive to the mountain but we didn't mind. If this place had a hot tub we would never leave!
