Located within a 10 min walk from the town centre and Lake Bled apartments Nija are the perfect accommodation for guests seeking elegantly furnished lodgings, serenity of a residential neighbourhood and picturesque views of nearby mountains. In addition to the stylish apartment, guests are welcomed to enjoy the comforts of a shady wooden patio and the richness of homegrown vegetables straight from the garden. While parents rest and relax in the garden, their children can safely play nearby.

The 70 m2 newly furnished apartment set up in the attic of a typical family home offers a spacious living room with a 65" flat 4K Smart TV and a Netflix account; a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential appliances (a coffee maker, a toaster, a water heater, a microwave, a dish washer, a washing machine, …); a bathroom; a 7 m2 balcony with breath-taking views of the Alps, two bedrooms and a free wi-fi access. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and one with three separate beds. The stylish apartment in a peaceful neighbourhood on the outskirts of a touristy town offers all the commodities of home. For an extra charge, guests can order a Finnish Sauna or herbal sauna.

Guests can enjoy the main attraction of the town, Lake Bled and the Bled Castle, which are located 1.7 km from the lodgings. There is also a larger variety of other activities and attractions in the surrounding area, including golf, tennis, mountain biking, hiking, etc

The accommodation includes a free parking in front of the house and a safe place for keeping bicycles. The main bus station is located 1 km from the house and the nearest airport, Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport, is 37 km away.

Ideal home away from home

Absolutely pristine apartment, located in quiet, family neighbourhood. Hosts were super helpful and friendly and went out of their way to provide everything needed for our toddler. Thank you for a lovely week in Bled!

Amazing.

The location was perfect and within walking distance of a lot of our favorite spots, including the lake. The host was incredibly nice and the apartment was beautiful. The bed and couch were comfortable (we'd fall asleep on both often). Definitely will look into booking here again for our next trip to Bled!

Excellent apartment in Bled area

The apartment is fully equipped and the reception by the host is good. During the reception, many good tips are also given about restaurants and touristic attractions. The apartment is located in a good area of Bled and all other touristic attractions are also easy to reach from there. We would like to come back here again.

Ideal starting base to discover Slovenia

We had a very pleasant stay here! The owner got us up to speed immediately with usefull tips to discover the area and was really available when we had questions. It's the ideal base to visit the Pokljuska Soteska, Vintgar Gorge, Bled, Bohinj, Ljubljana, the Postojna cave and castle, ... We hiked a lot and we're happy to return to our comfy, cosy and modern appartment. You have all you need, including towels, dishwasher and washing machine.

Jederzeit wieder

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Bostjan hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und uns auch geholfen, als wir Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten. Er ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Bei der Sauna hat er uns einen guten Preis gemacht. Das Wetter war leider nicht so gut, umso schöner war es, eine so schöne Unterkunft zu haben.

tolle Ferienwohnung in idealer Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung in Bled. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es war alles sehr sehr sauber und von Handtüchern usw. sogar deutlich mehr da als wir benötigten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm, auf jede Frage haben wir schnell Antwort bekommen. Die Lage des Objektes ist ideal, ruhig aber nicht weit zum Zentrum und See von Bled, für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung ist Bled auch ein gut gelegener Ausgangspunkt. Wir wurden vom Vermieter persönlich und herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen und haben auch gleich viele wertvolle Ausflugstipps von ihm bekommen, die auch noch weit über unseren Aufenthalt hinaus gereicht hätten um sich in der tollen Umgebung zu beschäftigen. Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen und werden selbst gern wiederkommen.

1. Slowenienreise

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Bled. Besonders die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum See hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir viele tolle Unternehmungstipps bekommen, von denen wir einige wandernd und auf dem Mountainbike umgesetzt haben. Vielen Dank Bostjan!

Peaceful, relaxing stay

This property was so comfy and warm, so clean and homely. Also modern with everything we needed. The owner was so quick to reply to any queries about the area etc. We wished we could have stayed longer!! Very convenient for the supermarkets and for the tourist sights. Seems to have been decorated in a very modern style. Would love to go back!!

Alle Erwartungen voll erfüllt - einfach ankommen und wohlfühlen

Schon während der Anreise kontaktierte uns der Vermieter, um den Zeitraum des Ankommes abzustimmen. Am Ferienhaus wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und willkommen geheißen. Genügend Parkplätze standen direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau den Erwartungen u. den Fotos aus dem Portal. Alles war super sauber und frisch. In Küche und Bad war alles vorhanden, was man braucht: genügend Geschirr, Gewürze, Tee, Kaffee, sehr viele frische Handtücher, Servietten, Lappen, Spühlmittel, Tabs, Waschmittel, Seife, ... usw. Auf dem Tisch stand eine schöne Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Durch die Klimaanlage waren die Zimmer sehr angenehm tempariert. Nach dem lockeren Begrüßungsgespräch zeigte uns der Vermieter am frei zur Verfügung stehenden PC gleich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, mögliche Ausflugsziele, passende Wandertouren, persönliche Tour-Empfehlungen, Bademöglichkeiten, einen Überblick über die nähere Umgebung, usw. Man fühlte sich gleich super wohl und hatte das Gefühl sich schon länger zu kennen. Wenn wir etwas benötigen, könnten wir uns jederzeit melden. Im Garten stand uns eine gemütliche Sitzecke zur Verfügung. Auch die Kräuter und das Gemüse können wir gern mit ernten. Die Sauna haben wir im heißen Sommer nicht gebraucht. Die sehr freundlichen Gespräche während der Urlaubszeit waren immer mit kleinen Tipps oder Anregungen verbunden und der Frage, ob wir noch etwas benötigen würden. Als große Überraschung fanden wir zweimal große Schalen mit frischem Gemüse und leckerem Obst aus dem Garten vor unserer Wohnung. Die geräumige moderne Wohnküche, der große Tisch und das Sofa mit Blick auf den Balkon und herrlich warmer Sonne am Morgen, bot viel Platz zum Kochen, Essen und gemütlich sitzen. Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer (drei Einzelbetten, ein Doppelbett) sind sehr gut und modern eingerichtet. Wir konnten unsere Sachen in den Schränken gut verstauen und wunderbar und bequem in den Betten schlafen. Das Bad mit der schönen Dusche hat ebenfalls viel Platz. In den beiden Urlaubswochen hat es an nichts gefehlt. Leider verging die Zeit viel zu schnell. Auch bei den Verabschiedung vom Vermieter gab es noch genügend Zeit, um sich über die Wander-Touren, Erlebnisse, besuchte Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städte auszutauschen - mit weiteren Tipps für einen möglichen nächsten Besuch und Hinweisen zur Fahrstrecke zurück nach Deutschland. Vielen Dank nochmal für die schöne Ferienzeit. Wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen.

Fantastisch

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Apartment mit großem Wohn- und Essbereich. Großartiger Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge. Kinderzimmer mit drei Einzelbetten, großes Elternschlafzimmer mit ausreichend Stauraum. Schönes Badezimmer. Außerordentlich freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung durch unsere Gastgeber mit Ausflugstipps etc. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Perfect location to discover Slovenia

Bostjan is a great host, supporting in every Situation. We also got a number of helpful Tour suggestions. The appartment is very clean, comfortable and everything is in best condition. Bled lake can be easily reached within a 15 minutes walk, Shops are nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this object.

Traumhaft schön!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Bostjan zu Gast und wieder rundum zufrieden. Wir haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt in der angenehm ruhigen Lage des Objekts sowie der sehr geschmackvollen, einladenden und sauberen Ausstattung der Wohnung und der schönen neuen Terrasse. Insbesondere die äußerst sympatische, freundliche und jederzeit hilfsbereite Art der Vermieter rundet unseren sehr positiven Eindruck ab. Die Wohnung können wir deshalb uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in der alles vorhanden ist was man braucht. Fürs Baby wurde ein Hochstuhl, Badewanne, Kinderbett bereitgestellt und unsere anderen beiden mit Spielzeug versorgt. Es gibt einen Garten mit Schaukel, Rutsche und Roller. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Treppenhaus direkt vor der Wohnung steht ein Computer mit vielen nützlichen Informationen zur Verfügung. Zum Supermarkt, Bäcker usw. läuft man ca. 10 Minuten. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Eine runde Sache

Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Schöne Einrichtung, alles was man braucht war vorhanden, schöne klare Einrichtung ohne Schnickschnack, geräumig, großzügig, Balkon... viele Kleinigkeiten die erfreuen z.B Computer auf dem alle möglichen Vorhaben und Ziele schon voreingestellt sind..... Und nicht zuletzt sehr nette Gastgeber.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist äußerst ansprechend eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Sie liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnlage und Supermarkt mit Bäcker, Touristinfo, Busanbindung sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und in allen Belangen unterstützend, z.B. Tipps zu Ausflügen, Touren, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants. Wir waren mit allem absolut zufrieden und würden das Objekt auch gerne wieder buchen.
