Our home is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath entire house. The house is 4 years old and was built with high end appliances, granite countertops and bathrooms fixtures. Wood floors throughout, front and rear decks for your morning or evening relaxation.
We have a beautiful family room area ideal for larger groups to meet and relax.
Parking is on the driveway 2 places and a one car garage.
Each bathroom has double sinks and granite countertops, 2nd bath has a full tub and Main has a full size walk in shower.
Washer dryer for longer stays.
Full size double door fridge and freezer. Gas cook top and oven. Kithchen is stocked with all spices,oils, utensils for small or large family meals.
We have a full size Weber BBQ grill available on the back deck.


Downtown location, only 5 minutes walk to Main Street! The home is directly on the Ecusta trail. Direct access to the trail for biking and hiking.
A new home built to the highest specifications that you can enjoy your visit to this beautiful area of North Carolina.
We are located just 25 minutes from Asheville, the Pisgah state park, Chimney Rock, Grandfather Mountain, and Chimney Rock.
These are some of the most pristine places in the country to see the autumn leave changes.

You really couldn't ask for a much better location if you want to hang out in downtown Hendersonville. Main street is just a few blocks away. There's a brewery just at the bottom of the hill, and Hendough is just down the street, too. Really enjoyed our stay here.

This is such a beautiful home. The location is perfect. Itā€™s nice and quiet and peaceful but close to everything. The house is spotless and the owners are incredibly thoughtful with little snacks, shampoo and conditioner, coffee and notes about the area . The house has a very serene backyard with beautiful flowers and birds. James is very responsive although we had zero issues during our stay.

Hendersonville Getaway

This home was perfect for visiting Hendersonville and the surrounding areas! It was clean and well equipped with all that you would need. The beds were comfortable. Jim was a fantastic host! We plan to return sooner rather than later!

Hendersonville for the 4th

We visit Herdersonville 3 to 4 times a year to hike, bike, and go to the area breweries. We feel this property fits our needs better than any of the others we have used. It can not be beat as to location and is always very clean. We do not see us using any other properyty on our future visits.

Stay in Hendersonville

We were apprehensive about our stay not knowing exactly what or where we were going to stay. Sometimes those pictures are taken year one and youā€™re staying on year 10 but that certainly wasnā€™t the case with our VRBO in Hendersonville, NC. The house was like a wonderful cottage to us with 2 terrific bathrooms and basically 3 bedrooms although the ā€œoffice bedroomā€ had a very comfortable home de a way bed sofa. The place was super clean and had everything and more we could use or want for! Flowers around the deck that were fun to keep alive plus lively hanging ferns on the delight front porch. We stayed a month and I loved cooking on their gas stove. Ceilings fans and big screen TVā€™s in all 3 bedrooms plus Roku on each. The owners were fantastic! Book it you wonā€™t regret it!!

Biking and Beer

A great visit to Hendersonville for biking and going to the breweries. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great visit. The location provided easy access to downtown and only a lfew blocks from our favorite brewery, Dry Falls. Will definitely stay again and reccommend to our family andf friends.

Holiday visit

What a beautiful house beautiful decorated for a Christmas getaway. Fabulous host, quick 5 minute drive into town, immaculately clean. We will definitely be coming back to this house for another mountain retreat!

Mountain trip

Very nice well-maintained home convenient to downtown Hendersonville. Extremely well equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, quiet location. Property owner was very responsive and, although we had no needs, he was anxious to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend this property for a small family wanting to be close to Hendersonville.

One In A Million!

Jim & Michelle were the most attentive Hosts weā€™ve ever encountered ā€¦ from START (answering questions about the house before reserving), DURING (regular check-ins via text to ensure all was well & whether any maintenance issues arose or if we had any questions) & CHECKOUT (including prompt return of deposit). The house is in excellent location ā€¦ short walk to historic Main St with shops & restaurants & drug stores, 5 min drive to 4 major grocery stores, hair salon/barber, ice cream shop, Hot Dog World, & even brewery with rotating food trucks! The house itself is set in quiet, wooded idyllic setting with wonderful deck & back yard, as well as front porch to sit a spell & enjoy the nature. Quality dishes/silverware, cooking pots/pans & utensils appliances, fully stocked spice drawer, full-size washer/dryer in laundry rm & wonderful linens with comfortable beds ā€¦ tvā€™s in great rm, primary bedroom, & den (also has pull-out sofa as 3rd bedroom if you like, & nice desk to use laptop if desired). The attention to detail here is so user-friendly ā€¦ with all the light switches labeled, as well drawers & cabinets. Like I said ā€¦ this property is One in a Million! ā€¦ our first visit to Hendersonville (we stayed for entire month) & will definitely be back. Thank you Jim & Michelle for the most enjoyable stay ever!

Great place for a long weekend away with friends!

This house is within walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops in downtown Hendersonville. It is an easy drive to Dupont State Forest, which has hiking trails of all difficulties and beautiful waterfalls. Property owners have thought of every single detail to make your stay convenient and easy. There was some home construction going on across the street but was temporary and a minor inconvenience that can't be helped. Would definitely stay at the property again - recently renovated, so we lacked for nothing! Cabinets well stocked with dishes, pans, silverware, appliances, etc . Highly recommend!

Jim was an amazing host and his home was beautiful! We had two couples and the double sinks in both bathrooms was a nice amenity! Beds were very comfortable. Wifi was strong. We really enjoyed having coffee on the back deck! Convenient to grocery shopping, brewery, and the quaint downtown. Enjoyed ā€œShineā€restaurant and the shrimp scampi at Posteros. Truly a little getaway oasis! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly lovely residence

We just loved our stay at this place in Hendersonville. The road is quiet and peaceful and the outdoor and indoor living space is beautiful. There are a number of restaurants in walking distance, while being on a very private street. Jim and Michelle are fantastic hosts and the house has everything you could possibly need. We were mountain biking locally, so the yard hose and garage were fantastic for bike storage and cleanup. Itā€™s a great place!

Best VRBO I've ever rented!!!

The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful ensuring his guests have a wonderful time in Hendersonville. The house is organized - everything is labelled. It's a perfect location - very near Main St. and the Ecusta trail runs behind the house.

Ideal Mountain Retreat!

I can't say enough about this home and host. Of course the area offers so many options for dining and activities in Hendersonville and nearby Asheville, Black Mountain, and Brevard. It brings us back again and again but this stay was especially nice with an exceptional home to return to each evening. The decor was charming with up-scale finishes and all in working order. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and always attentive to our needs. We do hope this will be our destination when we travel this way again.

Home away from home

Jim was very responsive and easy to work with. The home is in a great location - a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. Jim and Michelle's home is well appointed and they have paid special attention the little details, which all members of my family appreciated. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. The living room and dining room furniture is plentiful and comfie. The kitchen was well stocked. The back deck was our favorite spot to have coffee and watch the birds each morning before heading out for the day. If we travel to NC again in the future we would rent this lovely home again. Long weekend

We were two adult couples, long time friends, who met to enjoy local sites and relax. The property was everything we had hoped for. The location was close to every where we wanted to go. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We would definitely stay there again

Wonderful stay

We are so grateful to have been able to stay in this lovely home. We felt immediately welcomed by the greeting on the chalkboard. The house itself was exceptionally clean, well maintained and so well organized. We frequently stay in homes rather than hotels during our travels and we have never stayed in a place that was so well thought out. The house provided everything we could possibly need and more. The location is so convenient to both main street in Hendersonville as well as magnificent hiking trails in Dupont Park. The back porch and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We have great memories of our stay and hope to return soon.
