Can’t wait to come back

We absolutely loved our stay! We loved the home and the ease of having the golf cart!! Short cruise down the road to the public beach access and walking distance to the pool area which we LOVED. Everything was beautiful, clean, and so well taken care of. Beach waters are beautiful and clear. Can’t wait to come again!

Overall, this property was fantastic. Very clean and nice job with basic cooking needs. One thing I would recommend is to update the listing so it doesn't make you think that the golf cart is included. Very nice and thank you for sharing your property

Fantastic home for our family

Beautifully decorated home & CLEAN , perfect for our family & pets . Was thrilled we could bring our fur babies , the hard scape surfaces & ease to the green belt was great! Location is ideal , The Big Chill has everything you need . The beach access points are good , having a golf cart is preferable. We cook a ton so could have used a bit more cookware & serving dishes but overall a perfect fit ! We will return again soon . The Ligameri’s

Perfect location

The location of this property is awesome in prominence North with a close location to the pool. We went over 4th of July weekend and it was very busy - especially the beaches. When we originally booked the property, the golf cart was included, but by the time we stayed at the property that amenity was no longer available. Joe with Panhandle immediately made it right and we were given a golf cart- exceptional service! We would recommend the sea blaster snorkel/ dolphin excursion in Destin. The kids loved it, although it is about an hour drive. Beach access was not ideal, and again VERY busy. If you use a beach chair service, use RedFish or Vacayzn- NOT Benito. They are twice as much as everyone else, learned that the hard way. Walton Dunes is a quick golf cart/ car ride away. Santa Clara was so busy. We used the shuttle from Prominence, got dropped off at Santa Clara and walked a block North to a less busy public beach access. It was perfect. If you are looking for amazing food - Old Florida Fish House is a MUST.

Incorrectly Described

I am very disappointed, the house is incorrectly described , it appears that a golf cart and 4 bicycles are included, and it is not true when we arrived at the house we did not find the golf cart keys or the 4 bikes, We called the office and they told us that the golf cart was no longer included in the rental of the house since 2022. However, in the description of the house it still appears that is included, with the bikes they promised that they would bring them to the house the next day and it was not like that, we continued Calling and they just told us they'll bring there next day, and the next day and that never happenedI, I went to the office to ask about the bikes but they said that the bikes should have been in the house and they didn't know what happened , the people who I talked were not very friendly , we ended up renting the bikes and paying extra money. Definitely not a situation you want to go through during your vacation!

Several Issues

Largest Problem – company(ies) that are servicing the house. Rental company was extremely difficult to work with. We did not receive our code to enter the house until 1.5 hours prior to check-in time. Meaning, we were more than halfway down to the beach with 2 kids before we knew if we had somewhere to go. When we called concerned, they were apathetic, unprofessional, and unhelpful. They finally texted us this after hours of trying to ask for the code. They don’t recognize the house by the reservation number or house # (the only info on the confirmation email). You need the name of the house (30AAllDay). When we arrived the service continued to be terrible. They lead us in circles (your golf cart and key are at the house – no you have to sign a form at the Hub, no the keys are at the office – they didn’t give it to you?). The lady at the front desk had to verbatim ask every question to the guy at the other desk who was making (personal?) calls the 3 times we went in there. They pulled out a form for us to sign again even though we had been there 10 minutes before? We were so confused. At checkout I had a question. The finally friendly women who answered (after 1 transfer) asked for my phone number and that she would call me back. You guessed it – she never did. Cleaning – not clean. Doritos and hairballs on the floor in the main area when we walked in. We vacuumed the entire house when we arrived. The upstairs toilet had… evidence of someone’s bowel movement. House itself – Furniture and house were nice enough! Pros – microwave, tv, kitchen in general and washer dryer, large bathrooms, nice art. Cons – Sheets, pillows, mattress. Location – read carefully! The beach access is public beach only. The golf cart cannot be taken if you have young kids – read below. Golf Cart – the golf cart is a registered vehicle. That means, you must have car seats for kids off-property. We drove our car to the beach. We won’t be back and feel sorry for the owners this was our experience. We have no way of telling the owners about our experience except through this public medium. We would have loved to been able to discuss these items offline.

Felt we were mislead by what was “included” in rental.

Only one bike, paddle board, etc per person per day in the fine print is not acceptable for a home that sleeps 8. The Keurig never worked nor golf cart and kitchen wasn’t stocked well enough to cook many meals other than basic ones. Requested repair via PM company but not very responsive at all.

Amazing Vacation!

We had such a wonderful time here on our recent trip. The unit is awesome - everything is brand new and high end. The decor is beachy, breezy and bright. It backs up to a state park with serene wooded views. There is a deck and super comfy patio furniture to enjoy an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee. Our favorite thing was taking the golf cart to the white sand beach for the sunsets which was just a half mile away. We also enjoyed taking it (or just walking) across the street to the Hub where there was so much to do - live music, shopping, outdoor movies for the kids, football on the big screen and plenty of food and drink options. Highly recommend this for a fun getaway. They also had their Instagram and FB tags on display when we walked in so people could tag them and we have loved seeing the beautiful pics there - makes us eager to return!
