Located in the historical center, this sunny apartment enjoys an exceptional exhibition. From the terrace you can admire the harbor and surrounding gardens. In the neighboring streets, there are all kinds of shops and restaurants. The station 5 minutes walk allows us to reach 4mn in Nice, Monaco in 15 minutes, Cannes in 25 minutes. The beach 5 minutes walk offers crystal clear waters. The museums open their doors. The coastal paths offer rides feet in the water !!! All water sports are within your reach. The city has an extremely rich history and diverse cultural proposals, regattas, gathering of prestigious sailing ships, fireworks, outdoor cinema ....
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. the first with a 140x190 bed, the second with 2 beds 90x190, 1 mezzanine. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. A walk-in shower facilities are in the bathroom and a washing machine. There is a television in the living room wide open over the bay. On the terrace table and chairs allow you to dine outside.

Cote D Azur at it’s best! Es gibt keinen schöneren Blick auf die malerische Bucht in Villefranche sur mer! Der Balkon - auf dem man zu dritt gut sitzen kann - hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, es ist ruhig, ab und an läuten die Kirchenglocken, eine Jarte läuft über die alten Dächer, die See glitzert. Der perfekte Ort, um sowohl der erste Kaffee am Morgen als auch den letzten Rosé am Abend zu geniessen. Die charmante Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen typisch französisch im Vintage Style und nichts für Puristen, eher für Flohmarkt Lovers. Les Etoiles hat alles was man braucht, sogar leichte Strandstühle. Zu bedenken ist, dass der Ort am Hang liegt. Man muss viele Treppen laufen, auch in die Wohnung selbst führt eine steile. Dafür braucht man kein Auto. Man ist hier mittendrin in der pittoresken Altstadt und kann den Hafen mit den Restaurants, die Boulangerie, den schönen Strand und den kleinen Bahnhof in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Ein Mietauto wäre nur lästig. Die nette Besitzerin Marie Joelle hat prima kommuniziert und uns mit einem Rose im Kühlschrank willkommen geheißen. Am letzten Tag durften wir sogar bis nachmittags in der Wohnung bleiben, weil keine Gäste im Anschluss kamen. Eine wunderschöne Erfahrung - wir hoffen wir können eines Tages wiederkommen! Merci et a bientot!

My Husband & I enjoyed our stay. The flat is located in a great location, the view from the balcony is stunning. The flat is well equipped and Marie Joelle’s directions were very detailed. Her son met us at the flat and was very helpful in sharing essential information. Overall just a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The charming and very helpful hosts allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was much appreciated, and both arrival and departure were very smooth. We were told everything that we needed to know and then left to enjoy this fantastic apartment. The photos do not do the view justice - the view from the balcony is huge, and beautiful. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped/generously stocked. It is extraordinarily well located within Villefranche-sur-Mer, being handy for the station, old town, beach and shops. We would love to stay again.

This place is a hidden gem! We travelled with two children, aged 8 and 11, and it was perfect. The location is incredible and the view from the balcony is SO amazing. It’s right in the old town but also quiet and private, and in walking distance from the beach. I hope we get to experience this magic again as a family one day! 11/10!

Spectacular View

Loved the location of this rental! Close to the water, dining, and market. The view was spectacular overlooking the water and yachts. Friendly people and easy access to train and buses.

Disappointing Stay – Misleading Listing and Poor ConditionsUnfortunately, this rental did not meet expectations. The unit was not clean upon arrival, and there was no air conditioning. The listing advertised three beds, but only one was usable. One “bed” was just a ripped-up mattress with no bedding, and another was so lumpy and lopsided it was impossible to sleep on.Additionally, the shower drain was completely clogged, and the toilet was not functioning properly, making basic hygiene a challenge. These issues caused us to leave and seek other accommodations and do not reflect what was advertised. I hope the host addresses these problems for future guests.

A charming apartment in a beautiful village

We have just spent a wonderful week in House Les Lavendieres, mainly to visit the Monaco Grand Prix, but also an extra couple of days to explore the French Riviera.Be prepared for steps, both up and down, to the apartment and throughout the village, but this all contributes to the magnificent views you get from the balcony. There is everything you need inside the apartment, and then some. It’s in a great location within the village for bars and restaurants and also the train station, which we visited daily on our travels.Uber will drop you and collect you to and fro the airport, to the main square and it’s just a 3-4 minute walk from there, with your cases.Supermarket is in the village (closed Wednesdays) but a slightly larger one about a 15 minute walk just outside of old town. Boulangerie a 3 minute walk and a definite must!

Stay in Villefranche-sur-Mer

We had an incredible stay in this stunning apartment in Villefranche-sur-Mer. The view from the patio was amazing, perfect for breakfast/lunch or a glass of wine before heading out for the evening. The apartment was clean and is decorated nicely making it feel both special and homey.Everything we needed was provided, making for a convenient and stress-free stay. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Villefranche, with charming cafés, restaurants, and the train station just a short walk away. It was the perfect base for exploring nearby towns along the Riviera.The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, adding a personal touch that made us feel right at home. We completely fell in love with Villefranche-sur-Mer and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend this gem of a place!

Magnificent view, fantastic location

We had a brilliant stay at Marie-Joelle’s place. It has the most magnificent view and was right in the old town, close to loads of restaurants and small shops. There is a small supermarket nearby and a bigger Casino supermarket less than 10mins walk away. We went every morning to the boulangerie only 5 mins walk away. The beautiful beach was also 10 mins walk the other way and we went every day to swim and snorkel. The host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating to our every need - thank you so much! We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Be warned that there are A LOT of steps to climb in this area, which was fine for us, but you might struggle if mobility is an issue. Also, the 3rd bed is quite high up and accessed by ladders, which my 11year old loved, but an older adult would probably struggle with. The bus and train are also very easily accessed from this apartment, which we also used everyday. All in all, a fabulous stay and we can’t wait to return!

Fantastic apartment

We absolutely loved our 7 night stay in this apartment in the quaint village of Villefranche-Sur-Mer. The flat is spacious and well-stocked with everything you might need. It is also in an excellent location with grocery shops and restaurants located within steps. Our favorite feature of the apartment was the balcony with amazing views of the port below. We loved watching the sunsets and the sunrises from our perch above the village. We hope to return some day!

Côtes d’Azur Brilliance

This is an astounding historic apartment in Villefranche-Sur-Mer’s old town, complete with a deck looking out to the harbor. The owner is a talented decorator, and the overall setting and ambiance are so charming and quintessentially French. The apartment is up a flight of stairs, and the old town itself is on a steep hill, so make sure you pack lightly and are in shape. That said, this is the ultimate spot to stay with the flavor of the traditional Riviera.

Lovely stay, Excellent location

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The apartment is cute and cozy and offers an amazing view. We felt like locals during our stay and the host made us feel welcomed and checked in throughout our stay. The area is safe and very quiet and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, the beach and the train and bus.

Gem of a place along the coast

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. We were greeted upon arriving via train by our host, and she showed us the way up to our charming flat. Our week was nothing short of amazing and we will absolutely be back to visit soon!

We loved our stay here… the small terrace with a beautiful view was a highlight for us. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. A steep entry stairway to access the unit… We would highly recommend the flat …

Authentic apartment in the old center

Looking for an old and authentic apartment in the center of Villefranche-sur-Mer with a stunning view? This is it. The apartment is full of details and charm. And, the cherry on the cake is the view from the balcony. Nothing beats this view with a glass of rosé. Restaurants are on crawling distance and so is the beach and the train station. Other towns are a stones throw away. The apartment is well furnished and stocked. Plenty of kitchen appliances, cleaning products, coffee cups, towels, it was all there. The location convenience and authenticity cannot be beat. Were there any gripes? Sure, the bed was a bit too soft, can’t park the car anywhere near (it’s the old town), no airconditioning (but that’s only a problem in August), some of the beach utilities need replacement, hygiene was ok but overall cleanness needs improvement. Would we book again? Yes, but we would go outside of the hot season.

Das gemütliche Apartment ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts.Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht und auf einen Teil der ruhigen Altstadt. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zu den zahlreichen Restaurants, einem kleinen Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Eisdiele und anderen Geschäften. Auch der Bahnhof und der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
