When entering this cozy cottage, you will notice the beautiful colorful coastal decor and great layout. All three bedrooms complete the first floor making for a spacious and open entertaining area upstairs. Natural light coming in from all angles upstairs create a warm inviting area for everyone to gather. The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs. This home's incredible location is just a quick and beautiful walk to the sugar-white sand and sparkling emerald waters. Experience the best dining, shopping, and entertainment along 30A within walking and biking distance. Guests in this home will also enjoy access to three immaculate community pools (including one conveniently located just across the street), tennis courts, a playground, volleyball and a fitness center.

**** Rena's Smile is attached on the second level with outside decking to its sister property Golden Lady. The homes are completely private and usually rented to different groups, with their own outdoor, private seating spaces and separate outdoor showers, however, can be rented together as a GREAT dual family option as well.
* Additional fees are required to reserve Pickleball and Tennis courts paid directly to the Seaside amenity Center.
* Seaside amenities: Playground, Pickleball Courts, Tennis Courts, Croquet Lawn, Basketball, 3 community pools including a covered pool, Adult only pool and Family pool, Chapel with Sunday services, Walkable Town Center from rental home including shopping, restaurants and upscale grocery market.
