We loved our stay here, the property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! The location is amazing, just steps from the Beach Club and a short walk to Seaside. Will absolutely be back!

It was the perfect stay for my wife and 6 month old son. We were a block away from the beach club and a short walk from the main Seaside town. We will definitely be returning sometime soon!

The property was very clean and well kept. It was extremely close to the beach and great access to all amenities. The beach was fantastic. We did not use the pools but they looked well maintained. The only knock was the washing machine made horrible noises and was very loud. Little water leaked from the bottom. We were very happy that we had one but tried to do laundry with still daylight out so we did not disturb anyone. Other than that great property.

Refreshing stay

The rental is perfectly finished in costal decor & very convenient to beach & Watercolor resort. Cant wait to return next year!

Enjoyable beach vacation

Nicely decorated in beachy style, well-equipped and well-maintained. Very short walk to Beach Club, shops and restaurants.

Restful retreat

We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and Watercolor beach club. Lovely sunsets and relaxing time in a well appointed condo.

Great property and we would definitely stay again! Loved the two levels and it was nice and quiet. Our only complaint was minor around housekeeping/maintenance. A few light bulbs were out and we had to go buy toilet paper because there was only one roll upstairs and one downstairs and no backups. I called and left a message asking to have some dropped off but never heard back. Everything else was fantastic.

The unit is tired. The ac upstairs is not that good. We were there 3 days really and had to buy Toilet paper. We had two half rolls noOther, sad at this price point. No fitness center on property (not good a this price point). Our second experience at Water Color, not nearly as good as first!!!

We also regret the inconvenience you experienced with the limited starter supplies upon arrival. While we do provide an initial starter set, we understand how important it is for shorter stays to have adequate essentials, and we appreciate your feedback so we can continue improving this. Regarding the fitness center, access and amenities are determined by the community/HOA, and we understand how this may impact guest expectations at this price point. Great place & Great Location

Very nice condo with very easy access to Watercolor Beach Club. Located in the third building down from the beach club, this unit is in easy walking distance to Watercolor restaurants and shops. The unit is pleasantly furnished and the balcony areas are well designed for privacy with nice screening from neighbors.

Great for family of 4

The unit was clean and had all of the amenities out family of four needed. Once we arrived, there was no need to drive anywhere. The beach, pool, and restaurants were steps away. Will be back next year!

Convenient and Cozy!

Location was FANTASTIC! We traveled with our 2 year old and walking to the beach every day was so easy! Literally footsteps away from the beach club. The watercolor amenities are fabulous! We enjoyed the cozy treehouse feel of our apartment. It was clean and comfortable and very well stocked. The views from the top patio were awesome! We had a great stay and will plan to stay again.

Beach hat

We had a great stay, the only complaint was no toilet paper but what was there on the one roll. Fan made noise & the fridge make noises too- Coffee pot did not work , but someone send a new one to the house - sleeper soda not comply Other than that it was perfect
