Regency Towers has great amenities at a budget price! Family friendly resort lots to do 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, shuffleboard courts and over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is on the east end of Panama City Beach 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas, deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat jet ski rentals. Many local restaurants nearby J Michaelā€™s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Andersonā€™s, Patches Bar and Grille, and Schooners Open Air Restaurant on the beach.

Sorry No Dogs allowed except service dogs.

Spring Break Ages 18-25 Price shown is for 6 people we will add $125 + tax each for 7th-8th guests. A $300 refundable Security Deposit will be added to the total shown.

Regency Towers Resort$40 Per Condo Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, 1 extra is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. Summer and busy weeks renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

Spring Break

My friends and I (all 21+) stayed here for our spring break! It was a great location and so nice to have easy beach access. We are a chill group that just wanted to relax so this was perfect. There were a lot of families but that didn't bother us. Drinks at the bar was great and the apartment was very clean!

This room was nice, but needs a few updates. Regency towers needs an update as well. Iā€™ve stayed here before. The room is larger than other condos, so thatā€™s a plus! Pools were nice.

This was our absolute favorite place to stay. Nice, clean, and roomy condo. The location is perfect. AMAZING view! Big pools, and tiki bar with good food. Not as crowded on our side of town but easy to where you want to go. I will be booking again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. the property staff was very helpful and friendly. It was so nice having a bar and grill at the pool. The property also has grills at both ends of the condo units that we used several times. We definitely want to return to the Regency Towers.

There was a stain on one of the queen bed comforters. There was also mold in the shower. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and found the place very nice.

Perfect for the fam

Perfect 2br/2ba with pull out couch. The condo is a little older and slightly outdated, but clean and a good deal. Love that it comes with beach chair rental paid. Good location. Great pool with bar/affordable good food and activities like karaoke. Dollar General is across the road for all those things that you need last minute.
