Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

Beautiful 14th Floor Condo!

The bright and tropical condominium offers large windows and expansive views of the Emerald Coast. Relax in the living room offering cozy furniture. Gather around the media center for low-key fun! Entertainment options include a 55-inch high definition flat screen cable TV, WiFi, and a DVD player.

Doors off the living room lead to the gigantic 40-foot patio. Sip cocktails and watch the sun set, or start each morning invigorated with fresh air and views of the sea! Beyond the living room is dining table for six. The fully stocked kitchen offers extra seating with a breakfast bar, and every major appliance needed to whip up a fresh seafood feast!

Offering two bedrooms and two baths, includes room for eight. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master suite (includes patio access), a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a queen-size sofabed in the living room and a day and night chest that pulls out to a queen size bed in the dining area. Additional home features include central AC, a private washer and dryer, and a condo unit parking space.

Stroll to the beach for sunbathing, building sand castles, and swimming in the clear waters, then explore the city which offers wineries and nightlife, shopping along Pier Park, and family attractions like the Gulf World Marine Park.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

The condo was spacious in the living room/kitchen area. Kitchen was stocked well. Balcony was spacious but neighborhoods smoked weed the entire week and it smelled so bad there were a lot of times we couldnt be out on our balcony. Definitely couldn't have eaten a meal out there. Master bedroom needs some help. Mattress is very worn and had a hole u slept in on each side. Needs to definitely replaced and the ceiling fan fixed. With the ac vents being up high the fans in the living room helped to keep it cooler but the bedroom one didnt work. Lights also didnt work in bith bathrooms. Just needed new light bulbs or tightened but those r things that should be noticed when cleaning. Curtains and things need a good cleaning along with the pull out bed. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable as mattress was very thin. All in all not a bad place though for an older condo building.

We really enjoyed our stay! Convent location and great views. The space was perfect! My only complaints would be smelly garbage disposal, dish washer was hard to close, and there were no pot holders.

Great trip!

Loved everyting about this condo! Location was convenient and easily accessible, balcony was huge, elevators were quick and parking garage great. My only complaint would be primary bedroom needs a new mattress.

Perfection!

We are thrilled we chose this condo for our family! It was a very spacious, clean condo with all the amenities! The beach was steps from the elevator and we loved the inclusive beach chair service! We were steps away from great restaurants and a short drive to shopping. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Great condo beautiful views

We have stayed at this condo multiple times and as always we love the location. It is very convenient to local restaurants and the traffic on this end of town is much better to get around. Loved the beach chair service and the beautiful beaches.

"Ok" stay

The condo was very spacious and had nice decorations/layout. But, the washer was covered in mold inside the silicone lining to the point you could smell it when the washer was opened, breaker kept going out in the smaller bedroom, floor was extremely dirty and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work. For the price paid, I believe cleanliness was the least to expect.

Great view

The living area of the condo was great. The furniture was in good shape and a good fit for the room and the view. And the view was spectacular! Some of the appliances had issues, e.g. the ice and water dispenser of the refrigerator did not work and the instructions on the clothes dryer were too high to read. My husband and I both in our seventies, and the combination tub/showers need to be replaced. They must be original to the building and they looked old and not very clean. In addition, they were not very safe. The bathtubs were deep, and the tub had sliding glass doors which made it hard to get in and out of the shower. One of the tubs had a bar to help, and the other one did not. Not a good situation. The tubs themselves were not dirty. They just looked dirty and old.Also, the information was not very clear who to contact if issues or problems. We tried checking at the end of our stay to see if the condo is available for meet year and did not have any luck.

Great location!

Great property, on-site gym, large balcony, nice pools. Some items were missing such as a toaster and Keurig machine in the kitchen. The furniture on the balcony needs updated. The lounge chair was rusty. Other than these mentioned items it was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is in a great location. We have rented several units at Gulf Crest and love them. The unit itself was beautifully furnished. The bed in the master was comfortable. The unit itself needs some much needed maintenance. The dishwasher handle to lock it in place was broken. The toilets didnā€™t flush properly. The front door doesnā€™t shut with ease. Some of the cookware was dirty. Overall we were satisfied with the unit but probably would not prefer to rent this particular unit again since our other experiences have been great. However there is not a lot that could keep us from enjoying our trip to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Panama City!

Two Negatives

Everything was great. The only issues was that there was a problem with Nats everywhere from the time was got there through our entire stay. Other family members stayed in another unit and had the same problem. Another negative was that it was obvious that the floors had not been mopped.
