It is rented for short or medium stays 70 m of housing with two bedrooms one double with XL bed and another double bedroom with two reeds of 90cm each. Interior staircase to access a beautiful terrace of 30 m fully equipped even with a large outdoor bathtub and electric iron for cooking.
With brand new reform open kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower 70cm X 170 cm, in a small urbanization with communal pool, 200 steps from the beach ... tram ... bus ... supermarket .. .banks..stores .... flea market .... all services. On the beach ... there are several terraces typical of the area and with a lot of atmosphere. in 12 minutes by tram you can visit Alicante, 6 minutes by tram ride in El Campello, 35 minutes by tram Benidorm.

We have a high chair, travel cot, auxiliary bed for extra guests, sun loungers on the solarium, air conditioning in the living room, fan in bedroom and free wifi !!!!!

Cornelis was very helpful and flexible. The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy with everything you need for a nice vacation. Good location with beach and restaurants close by.

Excellent accommodation, location and host

We were very happy with our short stay at the apartment. By far the best price considering the quality and amenities of the apartment. The roof top terrace was a huge plus as well as the location so close to the beach and tram lines. Kees, the property manager was excellent, friendly and gave lots of advice to make our stay even better and offered direct contact should we need anything during our stay. We will happily come back and recommend.

Vacaciones en familia

El apartamento es perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia, muy bien situado cerca de la playa y comercios, restaurantes y bares. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo que te puedas imaginar y no nos faltó de nada. Kees, el propietario es un encanto, siempre pendiente de nosotros. Volveremos seguro.

Penthouse apartment in Playa Muchavista

Good sized apartment. Great location. Photos of the rooms are accurate. 1 block from the from the beach (bring your own beach towels and chairs as they are not supplied). 3 blocks to the tram stop but the bus stops outside your door. Less than 2 blocks to large grocery store. We stayed off season and the area was extremely quiet, a lot of surrounding businesses including restaurants were not open. This apartment has a large roof top patio with a tub. Unfortunately the tub was broken when we arrived and it took 5 weeks to get the owner to fix it. Once it was fixed we realized that there was not enough hot water to fill it. The advertisement for this apartment claimed the apartment was equipped with an oven and a barbecue. Neither of those features were actually included. The owners solution was to give us an electric griddle. The lack of cooking options definitely hindered our ability to make meals. Less of a concern if you are a short term stay because lots of restaurants near by. Highly recommend the Apache Grill for burgers! During our stay a few things broke and the owner was very slow to respond. The beach which is 1 block away is amazing, white powder sand, with 7 km tiled boardwalk for walking and biking. Despite some of the above issues we enjoyed our stay and if it wasn't for the lack of cooking options we would have considered staying here again.

Excellent apartment

The property is extremely comfortable. It is very well appointed with everything you need. The position is ideal for the beach, local restaurants and of course the tram (5 mins) to go into Alicante city (about 10 mins) or right up the coast Altea and beyond. Kees, the host is very accommodating and helped us greatly with advice for local eating and day trips. Fully recommend staying at this apartment. Ian and Katrina

Modern, clean apartment in great location

We had a very relaxing 10 day stay at the apartment, which was very clean and on the third floor of a modern, secure, well-maintained complex. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with everything you need ,comfy beds etc, and we especially enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. The area is quiet and residential and only a couple of blocks away from the glorious beaches. The efficient tram line (couple minutes away) allowed us to explore El Campello (some nice restaurants) and the town of Alicante. Large supermarket is a couple of blocks away too, so all in all, we found this apartment to be in the perfect location. At no time were the beaches busy, (unlike last year when we stayed in the centre of Alicante). Communication with Kees was easy, he responded immediately, was very friendly, gave us a good welcome, including useful information, and even offered to book us our return taxi to the airport. Thank you again Kees and Ana, we had a brilliant holiday.

Super Penthouse in genialer Lage

Wir wurden, wie verabredet, von unserem sehr netten Host vor der Unterkunft empfangen. Er zeigte uns dann das ganze Penthouse und gab Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. Uns 3 Frauen hat die gut ausgestatte Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die Abende haben wir immer auf der sehr schönen Dachterrasse bei einem kühlen Drink ausklingen lassen. Einzig die Wendeltreppe zur Dachterrasse ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürfig. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Es sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum wunderschönen langen Sandstrand. Die Tramstation nach Alicante und Benidorm ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Consum ist nur 350 m entfernt und auch Restaurants und Cafes sind im Umkreis von 500 m zahlreich vorhanden. Wir würden wiederkommen!!! Liebe Grüße aus Hannover

Excellent séjour à Alicante

Nous avons séjourné 1semaine à 4 personnes en décembre dans l'appartement de Kees et Anna. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. L'appartement est spacieux et très lumineux et surtout situé dans un quartier très calme en cette saison de l'année. Situé tout prêt de la mer, du tram et des bus qui rendent le trajet vers Alicante ville très simple. Un grand supermarché Consum bien achalandé et overt jusqu'à 21h30 juste à côté de l' appartement. Nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et nettoyer dans l'appartement. Le lave-vaisselle et la machine à laver fonctionnent très bien. Nous avons également bien profité de la terrasse sur le toit. Un vrai havre de paix pour profiter du soleil. Le barbecue a été remplacé par une plancha électrique qui nous a bien servi. Rien à redire et nous reviendrons certainement. S'il fallait vraiment dire quelque chose, je mentionerais qu'il manquait une petite serviette de bain (3 au lieu de 4), qu'un essuie de cuisine de plus et un tapis de sol dans la salle de bain seraient utiles. Cela dit, cela ne nous à en rien gâché le séjour. Et merci pour la guirlande de Noël, petite attention qui nous a touché tour particulièrement en cette fin d'année.

A great appartment in a lovely area and very close to the beach

Thanks to Kees. We had a great time staying in his apartment. There was my wife and I and our 4 year old daughter. The apartment is two minutes walk from the beach which is very clean and the sea was warm even though in was the start of November. There is supermarkets five minutes walk away also a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop is also on five minutes walk away and then about 15 minutes to get to Alicante. The apartment has two bedrooms and nice kitchen and lovely lounge plus a roof terrace. I would definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending someone to stay there. When we arrived Kees was waiting and showed us around and gave us some very useful information about getting around and local restaurants etc.... Thanks again, JP, Maria and Josie x

apartment absolutely lovely very spacious,everything you need.

really enjoyed our stay. the sun terrace was great as the apartment. we were very close to the sea in lovely quiet area.supermarket very close. the apartment was in gated complex but area very safe and some lovely spanish bars close by.the tram only 5 minutes away which was handy to visit other areas.i would deffinately visit apartment again and recommend to anyone. regards bob

Perfect family holidays

A wonderful place for a family vacation - lovely decoration, a well equipped kitchen , a delightful terrace with a large bathing tub to relax, a swimming pool which was not crowded, easy access to the beach (and to many places with the tram)... We had a great time ! Thanks for the suggestions of places near the apartment and ensuring we had all that we needed !

prima appartement met heerlijk dakterras

We hebben genoten van 10 heerlijke vakantiedagen in Alicante vooral ook door deze prima accommodatie. Ligging in buitenwijk van El Campelo (aan het strand Muchavista) is prima; grote supermarkt, strand, barretjes en enkele restaurants evenals bushalte en opstapplaats voor de rechtstreekse trein/tram naar Alicante zijn allemaal op loopafstand. Daarnaast is het appartement erg schoon, compleet ingericht en geeft het je direct een prettig thuisgevoel. Het privé dakterras maakt het geheel compleet. Ook de contacten met eigenaar/verhuurder Kees verliepen prettig en correct, kortom voor herhaling vatbaar voor ons en voor andere zeker aan te raden.

Boende med allt!

Vår familj med tre vuxna och tonåring vistades i 7 dagar i denna lägenhet. Vi trivdes fantastiskt bra. Lägenheten har bra med förvaring, lagom stora sovrum och en mycket funktionellt kök. Mycket ren och fräsch lägenheten. Poolen var fin och trivsam. Vi var nästan själva i den under vår vecka. Takterassen var helt underbar. Stor och med en fantastisk utsikt! Det som kan bli bättre är spiraltrappan till takterassen. Den är för smal och har utstickande trappsteg som man kan göra sig illa på. Vår far, som var med på resan, har en funktionsnedsättning i ena foten, han hade svårt att ta sig upp och ner i trappen. Närområdet var tyst och trevligt. Nära till havet, restauranger och mataffär. Mycket lätt att tag sig till Alicante stad och Benidorm med antingen bil eller TRAM. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka till Alicante och denna lägenhet.

Prima verblijf

Het appartement en de locatie zijn prima het ontbreekt je aan niets en alles is op loopafstand de supermarkt het strand de tram om even naar Benidorm te gaan of Denia het kan allemaal en het appartement is keurig en modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien om daar weer terug te gaan is zeker aanwezig wel zouden wij het fijn vinden als de televisie ook nederlandse zenders zou hebben en als dat er drie zijn is dit al leuk vooral als je wat vroeg in het seizoen aankomt en je in de avond wat meer in het appartement verblijft misschien is Kees hier gevoelig voor!!! verder willen wij Kees en Ana bedanken voor de goede zorgen en ook voor de reservering van de taxi prima geregeld we gaan elkaar in de toekomst zeker spreken. De hartelijke groeten van René en Joke.

Perfectas vacaciones!!!

Acabamos de regresar de estar unos dias y ya estamos deseando volver. La verdad es que el apartamento esta en perfectas condiciones. La casa es comodisima, la ubicacion tambien es perfecta, la terreza del atico es super agradable, la limpieza tambien es buena. Los propietarios son muy amables y rapidos a la hora de contestar cualquier tipo de incidencia. Lo dicho 10 sobre 10 y seguro que nos volvemos a ver

Super lækker lejlighed

Her er en alle tiders penthouse lejlighed med en helt unik tagterrasse, og et helt igennem velholdt interiør. Selv sofaen "flyderen" har man været opmærksom på at vælge med omhu, så det er en fornøjelse at slænge sig i den, med rigelig plads til 2 TV. nydende mennesker. Dejligt lyst og lækkert veludstyret køkken, og alt er lyst rent pænt og indbydende. Beliggenheden er fantastisk, med gode restauranter, barer og indkøbsmuligheder -samt den helt unikke strandpromenade indenfor 2 minutters gang. Sporvogn til Alicante på 10-12 minutter, og den modsatte vej helt til Benidorm på en god time. Værterne Cornelis og Ana er virkelig opmærksomme på at gæsterne skal ha' et rigtig godt ophold, og gav sig rigtig god tid til at informere om området og lejligheden, og var altid til at kontakte og kommunikere med på let forståeligt engelsk. Det er absolut et sted vi kun kan anbefale og kan finde på at komme igen mange gange. Anne-Marie & Karsten / Danmark.

Superbe séjour entre amis, les propriétaires sont adorables et tres acceuillants.

Nous etions 4 personnes, la place ne manquait pas. L'appartement est génial, beau, spacieux... Et tres bien situé par rapport aux commerces et à la plage. Adresse à garder!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit herrlicher Dachterrase

Die Ferienwohnung ist nett und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung gewesen. Das Domizil liegt ca 500 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Ein Spielplatz ist direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite. Wir konnten mit unseren 2jährigen Zwillingen gut zum Strand laufen. Einzig die Stahltreppe auf die Dachterrasse ist nicht kindersicher abgeschlossen. Diese mussten wir immer im Auge behalten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hillfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem.
