This is unique family friendly . 3 floors 3800 sq ft RUSTIC cabin that sits on 1.5 green rolling valley acres in WEARS VALLEY, minutes from all the action .

The kitchen has brand new appliances but it’s smaller than most and it also has an eat in kitchen table for 12, all rustic.
If you like OPEN concept this would not be a good choice because there is a an electric stone fireplace dividing the living room from the kitchen.

The small living room is a cozy part of the home with a queen leather sleeper sofa. . 2 bedroom on this level share one bath. One king bedroom and 2 full beds in the other bedroom.
DRIVING TIME:
15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg and 10 minutes from the Smoky National Park entrance , Cades Cove

WiFi by Xfinity and guests steaming Roku services on each TV.

Outdoor Security cameras located on the main deck near entrance door and BACK YARD for the wildlife especially bears.

SLEEPING : MAIN FLOOR (kitchen level$. 2 full beds, 1 king bed, memory foam mattress, full bath with jacuzzi tub A queen sofa bed also is on main floor

is shared between these 2 bedrooms.

THIRD FLOOR: RUSTIC king bed memory foam mattress, bath with jacuzzi tub ,bidet, washer and dryer and 2 open balconies on this private floor Aside from central air and heat , there is a AC wall unit in the bedroom

FIRST FLOOR private suite (parking level) 2 queen beds divided by fireplace wall for privacy , walk in shower, Tv, there is a SECOND FULL KITCHEN fully equipped This is floor is private and goes out into the yard . Access to the main level is inside with stairs .
Perfect for elderly people or those who can't climb stairs, since its located on the parking/yard level. Aside from the central air and heat there is a AC/heat in the apt for your desired temperature.
All linens and towels are provided along with a starter kit of basic items. * we only provide soap and toilet paper for two days. You must go shopping for longer periods . *

The game room is RUSTIC and detached from the main home. There is a full walk in shower bathroom there It has a foosball,pool table, full bar , TV and more. Has a wall mounted AC/heat pump unit

****All aspects of this cabin are rustic chic. This is not a GLAMOROUS cabin but was made with family and kids in mind. ***There will be bees,, wasps bears , coyotes ,mice, ladybugs in our area and maybe you might find some roaming around the area*** Bring your bikes and fishing gear



The use of the seasonal pool and pond are 15 minute walk and are already paid for your enjoyment, a license is *needed for fishing *. PLEASE READ.


I have my apt above the barn and visit on certain occasions which is totally separate from the main property.

The BARN and GARAGE is off limits for safety reasons. Parking on site for up to 5 cars


2 Outdoor screened gazebo with hammock and picnic table for additional eating area.
Property is on a cut de sac so bikes can be ridden without danger.

PROPANE, AND WOOD ARE NOT PROVIDED , WE PROVIDE THE TANK AND YOU CAN REFILL IT AT A NEARBY STORE.

Malfunctions and household appliances can break. This is a HOME and things are bound to happen
We maintain our property to the highest level however this is a home and in between guests something might happen.Please be patient especially during the weekends. We are in a tourist area and its difficult to have someone run over at a moments notice, notify me and I have a crew that usually responds within hours. I am available on my cell so please give me the chance to make the necessary calls. There are NO REFUNDS on any malfunction of appliances ,tv , hot tubs, air conditioning, weather conditions, theme parks being closed, and the such

Unlike most vacation areas we are densely populated with trees!! There might be Spiders, bees, hornets ,roaches ,ants, bird droppings, bats, lady bugs ,and other wildlife. We control as much as we can through extermination on a monthly basis but inevitably we are not able to control 100% of any pests. Please advise me promptly upon arrival and I will do my BEST to resolve the issue . Thank you.
