Step into the casual elegance of the main floor, featuring a family sized table for eight, six swivel stools along the grand island bar, overstuffed furniture, a convenient half bath, and french doors opening to the outdoor deck and private pool. The well equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops and bar that seats 6! Both regular and Keurig coffee pots are provided for guests to enjoy a morning cup around the pool or balcony, and the Ninja blender is ready for those morning smoothies or afternoon frozen drinks.

French doors open up from the great room to the deck area, with a large and private heated* pool, gas grill, and outdoor dining. Your poolside fun is enhanced by waterproof Bluetooth speaker and relaxing lounge chairs. And when you're ready to hit the sand, beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach towels are ready for your short walk to the shore. After rinsing off at the outdoor shower, take advantage of your private entrance to Dune Side's large private park to enjoy the open play area, swings, Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining. *Pool is heated to 85 degrees at no extra cost from March1 through October 31; pool may be heated for an additional fee.

Dune Side Escape's stunning second level features a generous master suite with king bed, en suite bathroom with oversized shower, private balcony, flat screen TV, and walk-in closet. Early risers can enjoy the sunrise from the private balcony. Just past the full laundry room is another spacious master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, private balcony, flat screen TV, and a large, beautiful en suite bathroom that includes an oversized double shower and a soaking tub.

The third level features three more bedrooms, includes another tranquil king master suite with a double closet, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with oversized shower. The spacious fourth bedroom features two double beds with flat screen TV and a large, closet. Video gamers will love the fifth bedroom/bunkroom, which offers four twin bunks, a kid-friendly sitting area and easy hookups to the giant flat screen TV. These last two bedrooms share a spacious hall bathroom with double vanities and a large shower.
