While we’re glad our team was able to respond quickly, we understand how frustrating it can be to be without air, especially during the July heat. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay! This is such a beautiful property and turning out to be one of our guest favorites! We are so happy we could help you with the slow flushing toilet and a new draw string for the shade! We see that both issues were resolved very soon after you reported them to us. We returned your calls in less than 10 minutes and had each issue resolved within a day or less. We're no Sonic, but we are pretty fast! As for pricing, it has been the same throughout the booking process. We are very transparent about pricing but if you ever have questions, please let us know! - BBV
