This gorgeous home has plenty of space and every comfort your vacation deserves, the perfect place for multiple families to share! The expansive furnished deck and grass area are great for grilling in the summertime or just relaxing as the wind blows through Ponderosa Pines. You'll also love unwinding in the private hot tub or gathering at the deck fire table. Also, there is now an outlet at the front of the garage for electric car chargers!

Inside, the home features two two living areas with comfortable furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace, and TV. The living area downstairs offers foosball, Ping-Pong, puzzles, and a private library for added enjoyment. This home also features two primary bedrooms (one with a desk for working remotely) with en suite bathrooms for added comfort and convenience. When hunger strikes, create culinary dishes in the full kitchen, gleaming with stainless steel appliances. Additional amenties include complimentary fast WiFi. When you aren't relaxing at home, enjoy access to the shared pool and tennis courts!

While at Black Butte Ranch, you can explore its 1800 acres of hiking and biking trails, plus opportunities for horseback riding, golf, tennis, and canoeing (rentals available at the rec center). The town of Sisters is located 10 miles east of the ranch and offers a variety of shopping and dining experiences.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A great visit but the check in process was poor.

We enjoyed the house very much. It's large, clean, well stocked and very serviceable for a family. Black Butte Ranch is beautiful; however, the check in process was poor and resulted in the lower overall rating. Even though we had fully provided on line all of the renter and guest information along with all guest license plate numbers as required by Vacasa, the check in staff had no record of the renter or of the license plate numbers until we provided a paper copy of the reservation along with the license plate numbers. Check in took about fifteen minutes with a large queue growing behind us. Later in the evening, after giving the staff the license numbers again, when the other guests arrived, the staff still had no record of their license numbers even though we had given them the information earlier in the day. Aargh! Given the excessive fees we have been charged for administrative support, it is extremely disappointing that this process is still a work in progress and can't be trusted. Unacceptable.

Great getaway!

We loved our stay. The home was clean and the cook loved all the spices already here! Hot tub was wonderful. Hammock and decoration all lovely! The TV's were a little complicated and would be great to have a really easy and clear step-by-step for every TV. My 15YO son ended up getting them all set up. :) My daughter and her friend says, "too many bugs", but I know that's hard to avoid! Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you!

The owners were exceptionally kind

My wife and I made a giant.... epic mistake that led us 5 hours from home and without a rental for the holidays (totally our fault, NOT related whatsoever to this rental or owner). Vacasa found this home for us, and the home owners were very, VERY quick to respond. They got us in within an hour! We really appreciated them working with us and making some exceptions to our special case, we are so grateful! This home is GREAT for large families or multiple families even with younger kids, as it has two living rooms and ample bedrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked to cook meals (may need more silverware it your group is large). The fireplace was amazing to sit down next to at night. The mattresses are higher quality and comfortable. Lots of bedding, and towels. They main TVs have roku’s for channels, lots of games and toys for kiddos. We were very comfortable! If I had any constructive criticism to give, we ran into some issues concerning the hot water heater that may need some attention. It didn’t allow us to take two quick showers back to back or to run one load of laundry and shower with an hour or two of each other. We had some cold showers and very angry kiddos, which we typically don't worry about at home. The water heater is either on a timer that’s far too strict for a home this size, or an element is burned out. Otherwise, thank you for the lovely stay!

Excellent family get-away!

The property was excellent. We had our two children and their families with us for a total of ten. Three full baths upstairs with the bedrooms provided each family with their own bath. The family room off the kitchen/great-room worked out well as a spot for the kids to play games and watch TV. The house was close to the Swim pools and to the meadow bike ride. Black Butte facilities are excellent and the new putt Par 3 course was fun. We tried every pool on the property and enjoyed them all. The view from the Bistro is fabulous. Excellent property and vacation.

Good house for ten people! Stocked with most kitchen needs. Lots of towels and sheets.

Bunk beds are not safe. Light switches for living room are hard to find. No hot water in one of the master bath sinks. In spite of those we had a great time!

Great, spacious house

We had the best time at Rock Ridge 39. It's ideally located just a short walk from one of the smaller pools / tennis courts and a short bike ride to the Glaze Meadow recreational area. There's also a great bike path nearby that makes for an easy bike ride across the meadow to get to Big Meadows Golf Course and Lakeside. The house itself was very well appointed with everything we needed (plus more!). The kitchen was very well stocked; they had great patio furniture and a nice BBQ; there were plenty of towels/linens in each room; great wifi connection; plenty of parking for 5 cars. The 5 bedrooms upstairs comfortably fit our group of 8. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely look at renting it again in the future.

Large Property

Rock Ridge 39 is a large property with 4-bedrooms plus a kids bunk room. Downstairs it has a good sized family room adjacent to the main living area. Both rooms downstairs have wood burning fireplaces. The property, furniture and fixtures are showing their age plus there are several houses close by. No open views with Rock Ridge 39. One feature we liked was the gas cook stove. Our visit didn't get off to a good start. One reason we had selected the the property because it had a wood burning fireplace. We arrived on a wet cool evening only to find no wood supply for the fireplace,

House was nice but no BBQ/patio furniture and beeping smoke alarm dampened the stay

Smoke alarm battery alert was going off when we arrive- unable to resolve ourselves- tech from Bend had to drive all the way to BBR to remove them- Patio furniture and BBQ was in garage and not set up. House was nice and bed was comfortable- kitchen well stocked.

Great house for large family getaway

The house was clean. The kitchen is nicely stocked with many different kitchen supplies. Only 1 half bathroom downstairs. Many of the resort activities closed down for the winter. Description says parking for 5 vehicles, if you park 2 in the garage. One stall of garage full of patio furniture and bbq, so plan on only using one stall for garage parking during winter season. We were able to squeeze the other vehicles in the driveway. Bedrooms nicely appointed and comfortable. Two bedrooms have bathrooms in them. The other 3 bedrooms share a bathroom. Kids bunk room has a supply of toys in the closet. Ensure the 2 fireplace flues are closed when not in use to keep the cold air out. Overall nice stay.

Nice House For Family Celebration

The house was clean and kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. Bedrooms all upstairs, well appointed. Master bedroom very nice. Only 1/2 bath downstairs. Furniture comfortable. Parking limited to 5 vehicles if two garage spaces used, but one garage bay was full of outdoor furniture and bbq. VACASA staff very helpful and responsive.

Nice fall weekend

Enjoyed this home with 6 Adults one dog. Location is great. Kitchen is well supplied and staple seasonings were stocked. Family and den areas were grouped nicely, older couches, a bit soft, however enough seating for all. Beds had nice linens and comforters. Master bed very soft and lumpy! I would hope the owner plans to replace it! Overall a great weekend away

Perfect for a growing family

Great for a multi-gen family who needs multiple rooms with queen+ beds and enough space for kids/babies. The added bonus/tv room was great for early mornings or late nights so as not to disturb the others.

Quick get away to Black Butte

We decided last minute to switch from a camping trip to a stay at Black Butte due to weather. The process of getting this reservation was very quick and easy. The accommodations did not disappoint. It was a clean house, well kept and very relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was a perfect place for 2 families and 2 small dogs. It was we definitely got our money's worth.

Awesome House

Great weekend!

The house was a perfect fit for our family vacation that included four couples. Enough room for each to have their own room and then some. Kitchen was well stocked, enough room for all at the dining table and two fireplaces to enjoy on a snowy weekend. Can’t say anything bad about it. Thank you for your home with us.
