Casita Cotón is a beautiful two bedroom two bath unit with mountain views. This home-away-from-home is bright, cozy and filled with all of the comforts you would want while on vacation. • 10 minutes to Santa Fe Plaza, the heart and soul of downtown • 1 hour from Albuquerque International Airport From a recent guest review, "We spent a month here remote working and it as the perfect home base. The home is beautiful and comfortable and the WiFi was great, so we were very comfortable working there during the week. ... The home is as lovely as it appears in the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked. ... Overall Myra's home was a wonderful location for our remote work stay." You have the entire home and surrounding 96 acres for your enjoyment and pleasure! From a recent guest review, "There are hiking trails right on the property, which were great for little hikes before and after work. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! And it was very convenient to run downtown for whatever we needed and also in a great location to get out to some the amazing hiking spots in northern New Mexico. "

Santa Fe, NM was a new experience for not only me but for my children as well. My husband has had the pleasure of visiting before but he said he didn’t have the experience he had this time around and we owe it to the Casita that we stayed in. It felt like a home away from home, clean, welcoming and beautiful scenery!! The Casita had all the items we needed to cook, sleep and enjoy free time. Towels and sheets were available. We also brought along our dog, Pepper and finding a pet friendly place is ultimate. This Casita definitely allowed for that. Pepper enjoyed the space inside and outside on the patio. She even loved to go explore and hike behind the casita with our children. Highly recommend especially if you enjoy the outdoors.

This place was better than we expected. Nice and clean, it’s well stocked like the owner actually stays there. We can always tell the difference if an owner hasn’t spent the night at a rental. This place had any pot or pan needed, spices, teas, coffee, great beds, firewood and proper utensils for cooking. 10/10 we would stay here again. From here we explored Tao’s, Red Rock, National Parks. There’s a local grocery store on a reservation with a good selection and great prices, and Santa Fe had major grocery chain stores for anything else that you could want.

Wonderful Property

We stayed for a "workcation" and the property was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. We loved the quiet and privacy, and we can't wait to return. The owner was very responsive and checked-in to make sure that our stay was going well.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Peaceful and quiet but close to Santa Fe and Taos. The casa was clean and comfortable. The host was pleasant and accommodating. We loved drinking coffee on the courtyard patios in the morning and then ended the day out there with a glass of wine! Honestly, the best part of the trip!

Beautiful dog friendly home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Lots of windows to see the beautiful outdoors. Rooms were good size and the master had its own fireplace. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Our dog had lots space and a good area to take her out walks. We were in the mountains but close enough to go into town to explore. Would love to come back!

Great time in Santa Fe

Myra was a great and accommodating host for our 3 week stay at Casa Coton. She graciously arranged a load of wood to be delivered, as we were there for the 12-15” snowfall and stayed in for a few days. House is lovely, well appointed and the location was perfect. She was very available to us if we had questions. Highly recommend Myra and Casa Coton.

Spectacular Views

Perfectly appointed condo. From the decor to all the comforts of home. The sunrise from the patio is especially lovely. A short drive into downtown Santa Fe. We enjoyed the two little restaurants nearby after long days of sightseeing. It was a great stay.

I love this property!

My husband and I stayed at Myra’s condo last year and loved it so much, we returned. The condo is outfitted with everything we need, extra comfortable, quiet, clean, and perfectly located. I can’t recommend it enough! I’m back in Michigan and already missing Santa Fe. Thank you Myra!

Peaceful/Relaxing stay just north of Santa Fe

This was our second stay at the property and we loved it even more than the last time. Perfect location north of Santa Fe - peaceful, good views, hiking, close to town. The condo is well appointed - both bedrooms with comfy king size beds. Nice updates and all the things required in the kitchen. Patio is the best spot around with nice patio furniture, umbrella to shade the sun and a gas grill. Will definitely return!

Beautiful abode in beautiful locale

It's a beautiful house with the appropriate southwest trappings that compliment the surroundings perfectly. My wife and children fell in love with it. The location is perfectly situated as a home base for runs into Santa Fe and points of interest north of Santa Fe like Chimayo, Nambe, and the Bandelier National Monument as well as Los Alamos. Myra is very responsive and easy to get a hold of...all in all a great time had by all with this gorgeous home as our base of operations.

Wonderful condo and host!

Myra's condo was wonderful for our month long stay. It was well stocked and very comfortable. She is a great host, checking in with us after our arrival to make sure all was ok. And she kept us apprised of a possible internet outage. The location was perfect for all our adventures; to Santa Fe, Bandelier, Abiquiu/Ghost Ranch, Taos, Madrid and many other locations. At the end of the day, we relaxed on the porch and enjoyed the sunset. And, the morning sunrises were glorious. I would highly recommend this condo and host and if we visit Santa Fe again, I would not want to stay anywhere else!

Awesome Experience

My wife and I stayed here with our dog for 4 nights in early October. Myra was very easy to work with and very responsive to our questions once we arrived - she made our experience very enjoyable. Honestly the pictures do not do the condo justice. The condo layout was great - the patio and fire pit were amazing and we were very psyched that the patio was able to be completely secured to let our pup wander when we were out there. The location was convenient to town - but being a little bit away and close to nature was ideal. The Four Seasons literally right across the street was outstanding for dinner and cocktails. Hope to stay again soon! Thanks

Lovely condo!

I booked this 2-bedroom condo for my husband and I and my parents. We loved that each room had a king size bed. The home has been nicely remodeled giving it a touch of new with some of the older features. The art around the home was a nice touch as well. The kitchen and dining area where is the perfect place to come together. Every morning, we would get up and go for a walk around the small community enjoying the crisp air. We loved the remoteness yet enjoyed going into downtown Santa Fe just about 20 minutes away. Very peaceful and secluded feeling! Myra was an excellent host and made sure we were all set to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend this home for your next VRBO rental!

This property is the perfect mix of out-in-the-country (with plenty of privacy and no light pollution) but close the the beautiful town of Santa Fe. We are just 10 minutes from the town square. The condo is perfectly sized for 6 adults or parents with a small family.

There is something in the area for everyone!
Snowbirds in the winter will enjoy the mild winter while Southerners in the summer will enjoy the sunny summer days and cool summer nights. Did I mention there are no mosquitoes here!?
