SUMMARY

This two bedroom adobe classic is nestled in the hills of the historic Cerro Gordo neighborhood. Its traditional features include a kiva fireplace, exposed adobe walls, Mexican tile, brick floors and gorgeous vigas throughout. Double French doors open to the patio out our every room. It is ideal for quietly enjoying the lovely mountain views, shopping and dining on nearby Canyon Road, or relaxing after skiing at Ski Santa Fe or hiking the nearby Dale Ball trails.



LIVING AREA

Canyon View Retreat features a large and open living space. The living space is centered around the large Kiva fireplace flanked with comfortable baguette seating.



The den features a TV, a twin daybed, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The dining area can seat up to eight people, and the large and fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space and functionality for discerning chefs.



BED AND BATH

The primary and guest bedrooms feature a California king and queen beds respectively, and are flooded with natural light through the large windows and glass French doors. The guest bath is in the hallway between the living room and guest bedroom, and features abundant Mexican tile and a standing shower. The primary bathroom is in-between the den and primary bedroom and features a large clawfoot tub with an added-on shower head.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Canyon View Retreat has a stunning portal that spans the entire length of the home. Complete with a large outdoor dining space and a hammock, it is the perfect spot to soak in the incredible views and Santa Fe’s famous weather. A large weeping willow tree graces the lawn in front of the home. The home also features a side deck with a hot tub that is perfect for stargazing and relaxing after a long day exploring everything that Santa Fe has to offer.

PLEASE NOTE:

-This home runs on solar power!

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- The driveway is steep and may require a vehicle with 4-wheel drive in the winter months.

- The home is bermed into the mountain and has ceiling fans, so it is almost always comfortable in the summer. However, there is AC if it is needed.

- This home is dog-friendly for dogs 25lbs and under only
