Velento Rentals Management Presents:
This Brand New Velento Penthouse unit has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms on two floors with a stunning ocean view!. The main level has a King bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms/2 baths. The second bedroom is a King bed that can be converted to 2 twin beds upon advanced request. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King upon request.

There is an open plan kitchen and family room with a dining area and breakfast bar and two sets of sliding glass doors that allow you to bring the Caribbean Sea into your home! Beyond the sliding glass doors is a wonderful over sized deck with seating for at least 8 people. Your million dollar views are included in the nightly rental rate!!!!

The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils you should need and yes there is a Blender!! We have washer/dryer in the units and a safe for valuables. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels. WiFi is free, secure and throughout all the buildings.

There is Air Conditioning in every room however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool.

For your swimming needs we have built a large pool and deck that sits behind the buildings. Loungers with padded cushions are plentiful and the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have put out a sea wall to add a beach like frontage from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end and a huge shady palapa. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!!
We rent island bikes for $7.50 US per day/per bike and the paddle boards are free! We have toddler carriers and pack n play for the little ones.

Our family of 5 adults has THE BEST weeklong experience here in October! The staff was amazing (Beyonce!), grounds were impeccable and the penthouse was perfect!! It was by far the best place to stay on the island and the location was excellent. We loved the very clean pool as well :) Would highly recommend this location and Velento rentals!!!

Great Property & Location

This was a great place to stay with a family, the area was quiet but still close enough to make multiple trips per day to restaurants and activities. Our kids loved the pool & private dock that we used every day for swimming and snorkeling.

Friends get a way in Caye Caulker

Amazing location, comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen, great pool, unbeatable views!! Rent a golf cart right on-site, this was the best place for our group!

Ideal location for a family

We enjoyed our stay here on Caye Caulker. Reception was very helpful with coordinating taxis for us as well as helping us find a baker for our son’s birthday cake. We loved having access to the pool, paddle boards, lounge chairs on the dock as well has appreciated on-site laundry and AC!

Perfect location!

The property was beautiful and located walking distance from the stores, restaurant and the beautiful beach. The receptionist at the desk was very accommodating. I truly enjoyed the pool and walking around town as well as renting the bikes to explore the island. I would definitely love to return to this spot along with my family,

Velento Properties are professionally managed, maintained, and staffed. Really enjoyed our week in Caye Caulker at two of their properties. Amazing service all the way around. If/when I return to Caye Caulker, I’ll be staying with Velento.

A wonderful sea breeze, clean and comfortable accommodations, and fantastic staff. It’s the more quiet side of the island, and has a nice pool. What more could you possibly need?

I cannot say enough good things about this place! My family (including kids age 3 & 6) had a fantastic time enjoying the pool, beach games, fishing/snorkeling from the dock, and the beautiful balcony! They even have a little slide, swings and a teeter totter that were a huge hit with the kids. The accomodations were emaculately clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The area is quite but just a short walk on the beach path to the busier area for restaurants, bars and tours. We hope to return!

Great Place!!!

Loved this place. Perhaps the nicest place on Caye Caulker. Just a short walk along the beach path from the Ferry. We just rolled our luggage. Nice to have the private pier to lounge around. Staff were friendly and helpful. One of the AC units was “fussy”. It was fixed that same day - on a Sunday. Great place to spend a few days on the Caye.

We are a group of six adults who enjoyed four nights in VeLento- booked the three bedroom ocean view. We all loved early mornings on the gorgeous (and large) patio sipping coffee and watching the sun rise. We all snorkeled and lounged in the sun on the lovely private dock. On a tip from our VeLento’s host, One evening Chef Miss Perla prepared an amazing traditional Belizean dinner in our room. Communication with the host was exceptional.

AMAZING spot!!

We had the best time at Velento! We splurged and got the 3bed penthouse with ocean views and was it ever worth the extra money!! The ocean was amazing and fantastic to be east facing so the porch was shaded most of the day. The breeze blew in from the ocean and was absolutely wonderful. The pier was wonderful. The had sea kayaks and bikes. The island/caye is a wonderful destination. Everything is walkable and right on the beach path - walking was the way to travel. We hope to return. The staff were very helpful and kind. We had an A+++ experience with Velento, Caye Caulker, and Belize in general! Don't hesitate to book.

The condo and property were very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved being on the sea and the view from the balcony defies words - enjoyed many hours sitting on the balcony feeling life's stresses melt away. The location was great for us, away from the noise and busyness of the strip but close enough to everything. Very restful. See you next year!

Full kitchen, bottled water, washer/dryer and what a view. Our first morning we seen dolphins jumping right at the end of the dock. The balcony over looks the ocean with a constant wind blowing. In the evenings we swam in the pool right outside our back door. The location of the house was great because it was quite but close to town. The staff was very helpful and friendly and available all day. The went above and beyond to welcome us. We were able to walk to the Split but the golf cart made it easy for the whole to get around.

A Trip of a Lifetime

The unit was spacious: three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The spectacular view of the private dock and the water from the porch was enjoyed by all of us. The unit was clean; the property, well maintained and the staff, friendly and helpful. Two from our party were divers and they did two dives per day, then all of us went snorkeling together with the sharks and rays on our third day. We enjoyed eating at the Happy Lobster, Pelican Sunset Bar, Sip n’ Dip and Roy’s...lobster was plentiful since it was just after Lobster Fest. Indeed, a trip of a lifetime!
