Our unit is one level, on the ground floor, which is highly sought after in these buildings with no elevator. No lugging diving or fishing gear up stairs! 1500 sq. feet of central air conditioned luxury, featuring beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel Cuisinart appliances & stunning architectural details such as coffered ceilings, arched doorways & rich mahogany trim. Spacious open floor plan includes outstanding Caribbean ocean views from living & dining area, main bedroom, and private veranda ~ the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee! Tastefully decorated with a laid back island vibe, you’ll find Belizean Mahogany furnishings throughout, custom commissioned Belizian artwork, 3 flat screen TV’s , and even beach bags & beach towels.

Main bedroom features beautiful ocean views, handcrafted king size canopy bed with luxurious linens, private access to veranda, attached main bath with oversized, walk in shower and Jacuzzi tub. There are no security cameras in or outside our home. There are cameras at the entrances of the resort. There are several guards posted throughout the resort to provide 24 hr security.

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
Full payment is required if reservation is made within 30 days of arrival.
Full refund if canceled 15+ days prior to arrival date.
50% refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date.
No refund if cancelled within 2 days of arrival date.
There are no refunds for no shows, late arrival or early departure including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes or weather.
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.

Grand Caribe Property Management Limited manages the daily operations of the resort equipped with onsite personnel to assist with your resort itinerary. As an added protection to you the traveler, the Grand Caribe reservations department will send you an additional confirmation within 48 hrs of booking your reservation. This confirmation will contain important information such as your reservation confirmation number, breakdown of charges, and details on transportation service from the San Pedro Airport to the resort. You must receive this confirmation. If you do not, please contact the resort direct via the Grand Caribe website. That being said, our home, Casa Isla Dawnita, is not available for rent directly through Grand Caribe. We choose to rent it exclusively ourselves through this platform and others.
