Each level (not connected) offers a fully equipped kitchen and living room area, 2 bathrooms with showers, laundry facilities, comfortable beds, and outdoor living space overlooking the infinity pool, pier, and natural Caribbean waters with native Mangroves and birdlife abound.

And, you have the choice of renting just one, or renting both levels of this gated residence. Either way, you can be sure of your privacy, because if you rent just one floor we will leave the other floor vacant!

La Gran Casa Azul is located approximately 2.6 miles south of San Pedro Town, the only town located on the island of Ambergris Caye. South Ambergris is one of the remaining areas of the island still unpaved and accessible via old-style hard packed sand streets. An area within reach of San Pedro town via golf cart rental but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to ensure your peace and tranquility. The area of South Ambergris Caye also offers regular Neighborhood Watch patrols and a police substation.

The cleaning fee is $250 USD (tax inclusive) and will be collected with your rental payments, according to our payment policy. The cleaning fee includes one mid-stay cleaning. Additional days of housekeeping can be purchased at $125 USD per day (entire house), but we ask that you schedule it one-week prior to your arrival. Additional days of housekeeping will be charged to your incidental invoice for payment upon departure.

Our home comes with daily groundskeeping services. We also offer concierge services for private chefs, snorkeling, diving, adventure tours, inland transfers and shuttle service, golf cart rentals, provisioning, and more! You are getting your own island home with the amenities of a full-service resort to make your vacation perfect.
