Our guesthouse is nestled in one of Prescott's quiet neighborhoods. We are just 5 minutes (driving) from the courthouse plaza and the infamous "Whiskey Row" and less than 2 miles from the Prescott Rodeo grounds and convenient shopping centers.
It is a detached extension of our home with it's own private driveway and entrance. A fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Complimentary water, coffee and tea is provided along with a few other regular condiments and spices for your convenience. Our pillow top queen size bed assures you a comfortable good nights sleep. We have Wi-Fi (password provided in guesthouse), Netflix and Hulu Plus along with a large selection of good old movies for your use. If you prefer to listen to music, you will enjoy the Bose Radio/CD for quality sound. We are confident your stay will be a pleasant and memorable time here.
The guest house has a back door that takes you into our backyard. You are encouraged to utilize the lounging areas while enjoying the tranquil sound of the water fountain. Check- In is at 2pm and Check-Out is at 11am, but we are very flexible with the times if we do not have guests before or after you. Please be sure to inquire so you won't have to rush out.
Your privacy is important to us and we want your stay to be enjoyable and comfortable, but please feel free to call on us should there be anything missing from the house that you need. Information is provided in the house about areas of interest, restaurant recommendations, hiking and more. While you may not see us during your stay, we are available and happy to accept your call or text should you have any questions or need any information.
We love Prescott and all that it has to offer year round and we know you will love it too.

Great Choice!

Very clean and nicely decorated cottage! We were also impressed by all the comforts of home this place offered! The hostess, Anna, was very friendly and easy to work with! We will most definitely stay here again!!

Cozy Cottage

This cottage was A+ from the moment we walked in. Super cute cottage with everything we could possibly want/need. Well equipped kitchen, soft, plush towels, and an extremely comfortable bed and linens. The host is very responsive and helpful. Next time our travels bring us to the Prescott area we will definitely rebook here.

Best Cottage Ever!

Extremely clean, welcoming, cozy all you need and more to stay and feel at home! A very well thought out kitchen, included spices! I love to cook and even used the BBQ! Very comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood. Loved the Coffee bar! Our hosts communication excellent and we could not have had a better experience!

This little cottage is a gem. From the time we opened the door it felt like home. The cottage has everything you will need to make your visit comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we travel to Prescott.

Brad and I met in Phoenix but always dreamed of moving to Prescott. We would visit on weekends taking in the events on the courthouse plaza and then talked about how wonderful it would be to move to Prescott, all the way back down the hill to Phoenix. When we finally made the move with our two very young children back in 1991 we were overwhelmed that we succeeded in finding a home here. You see employment was scarce and homes to rent even more so. We found a very small home, in the general neighborhood, close to the schools but Brad continued working in the valley until one day he said; "I want to live in Prescott". I replied, "you do live here", he said "no I just sleep here". He took a huge cut in pay so he could be with his family, it was the beginning of our journey in our quiet little charming town. We both took on a few jobs and even started a couple of businesses. The kids are all grown and married with children of their own now. We are semi-retired and enjoy traveling and getting to know our guest that want to come and share our not so small but still very charming town with us.

We were told by our landlord that not only was she not able to sell the house we were renting from her for the past 5.5 years, to us, but that she also wanted it back. We had 30 days to find a new home. Uncertain has to where we would go, we stumbled upon this house, just around the corner from our old home. The kids were still in school and even though the move was just before Thanksgiving, it was a smooth transition because we had grown to love this neighborhood. The homes are individually unique, no cookie cutter houses over here, and the neighbors are far enough away that we don't get caught in our pj's going to the mailbox, maybe once or twice in the last 22 years. Overall, we are away from the main highways, yet close enough to the surrounding tri-cities and downtown Prescott. It's the old part of Prescott that we fell in love with before the growth was even a twinkle in their eye. It's a peaceful quiet neighborhood where the stars explode in the evening.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The benefits to this house was that it was available. After 5.5 years in Prescott it was still challenging to find a place before it was rented. It was also substantially bigger than our first rental. We were here just a couple of years before we made the owner an offer he couldn't refuse and we haven't stopped remodeling, landscaping and dreaming of all the things we still have planned for this old house. We're happy to share it all now with our guest.
