Quiet and peaceful one-bedroom condo located at the Maui Vista. This condo is located in the rear of the property, set back from the majority of the noise. It is the perfect place to relax on your lanai (balcony). This one-bedroom condo offers peek-a-boo ocean views overlooking the property grounds. Next to the building, you will find a pool, bbq area, and a tennis court.

Cooling features: (1) Window AC unit in living room, (2) Tower fans + ceiling fans

This condo is located at the Maui Vista in South Kihei. This conveniently located condo is across from Charley Young beach and is within walking distance to many shopping and dining options in Kihei. The Cove Beach Park is nearby and features surfing lessons and surfboard rentals. The best that Kihei has to offer is all within your reach in this renovated one-bedroom condo.

The condo was well furnished. If something didn't work, it was fixed within one day. We loved being close to Charley Young's beach, and were grateful for the beach chairs that came with the condo.

Our unit- 3310 - was in excellent condition - updated, very clean, all necessary cutlery, dishes, cookware and appliances. Air conditioner, although we didn't really need it at night. Building and grounds well maintained. short 10 minute walk to nearest beach, food tucks, etc. Restaurants were a short drive away. Enjoyed the stay.

Location is Everything

We stayed here for 1 week and loved the location. You can walk to the beach and many shops. The grounds were beautiful, with many walking paths and always well kept up including all the pools. Overall the condo was clean and had a great view. The condo itself is quite old along with the furniture, decor, towels, and the dishes. If there were updates made to this I think it would help with the overall feeling of being a clean and stocked accommodation.The check-in/out process was super easy and we love the pools and tennis courts. Everyone around the condo was very friendly.

It was very clean, well maintained, and it could not have been in a better location. The beach is across the street from the complex and it nestled between a ton of wonderful restaurants (Three’s and Ohana Seafood were some of our favorites). The condo had great amenities and even provided beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, etc which made our trip more enjoyable. Maui Condo was wonderful to communicate and respond to us quickly the one time we needed to reach out on our trip. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family and we will stay here the next time we come to Maui.

They checked in via text or messaging several times during our 10 day stay just to be sure that we were satisfied and had everything we needed. The only hiccup was a little confusion regarding obtaining the condo door combination, but that was quickly resolved. The unit we rented was exactly as described. The view was beautiful and access to pools and ocean were simple and quick. We had a great stay. Thank you Maui Condo!

Mice

After 4 days in the unit mice were discovered. We found out that this was an ongoing problem that we were never told about. Although a new unit was found for us we still had to spend time moving all our clothes and food over to the new unit and ended up being late for dinner at a friends place. In return for our troubles we were granted (after asking for it) a later checkout time of 7 PM. HOWEVER on that day we returned from the beach at 11:30 and the code had been changed. Our phones and the agents phone number were in the unit. Fortunately we had friends staying in the building and they allowed us to use their phone (after we tracked down the agent's number). We eventually got back in. I understand that mice can happen but you should never let someone stay there when the mice are still there.

May 2019 Stay

We had a great 2 week stay at the Maui Vista #3310. Everything was nice, clean and up to date. The check in was a breeze and we got into our room with no problems at all. The wifi works great and the AC is pretty good for the space it covers, and considering that it was low to mid 90s the entire stay, we stayed comfortable the whole time. We really appreciated all the extras in theroom, from the cooler to the beach chairs. THe washer and dryer were invaluable! This place is an excellent value!

First Visit to Maui

Loved this complex and unit. We had the perfect view from our lanai of the ocean, pool, and gardens. The unit was well appointed and in great condition. The complex is a very short walk to Charley Young beach. Would definitely stay here again!
