Well-equipped with all necessary appliances for preparing meals. It’s important to note that there is NO DISHWASHER, meaning dishes will need to be washed by hand.

Equipped with both a tub and a shower, and supplied with essential toiletries such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of toilet paper.

-- First Floor Bedroom --

Comes with a queen bed and a comfortable duvet, alongside a spacious closet ideal for storing luggage and clothing.

-- Second Floor Bedrooms --

One room is furnished with two twin beds, while the other contains a queen bed. It's Important to note that they share a unique closet with access from both rooms, which might limit privacy slightly. Both rooms have their own doors that lock for added privacy.

Includes a grill and a wood-burning fireplace, along with a comfortable outdoor seating and dining area, providing a great view of the backyard and waterfront.

-- Backyard --

Large and well-suited for playing games like badminton and cornhole. It also features a fire pit with benches and direct beach access via steep stairs that might not be suitable for the elderly or small children.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for the detached garage!
