Find yourself slope-side on a private balcony with this ski-view condo that is perfect for your next mountain getaway. The outdoor hot tub is ready for relaxation and the fully equipped kitchen is waiting for some good cooking. With a gas fireplace, private laundry, and an unbeatable location, you will truly get the most of your vacation.

Tenderfoot Lodge is only two hundred yards from the nearest ski lift and has snow-free walkways to get you there. Keystone Village is nearly your neighbor, River Run Village is just a short bus ride away, and less than six miles north is the legendary Arapaho Basin Ski Area. The convenience of restaurants, shopping, and adventure is unbeatable.

Things to Know
A queen-size sofabed provides an extra sleeping space.
BARBEQUES/FIREPITS/OPEN FLAMES – The use of all open flame charcoal, gas barbeques, cooking devices, wood/gas firepits, fire tables or heating devices are prohibited on balconies, patios, or elevated walkways as well as under any outdoor overhanging (covered) structure or within 10 feet of the building. Electric grills are acceptable to use on balconies. The propane grills located in the community grill area are still available to use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice condo but pull out couch should not be counted as a bed

The facility was really nice and the condo was well kept and clean. However, there were no sheets or pillow cases for the pull out couch. The mattress for the pull out couch was also extremely uncomfortable and our friends ended up sleeping on the floor. If this condo is going to advertise that 7 people can stay here, the mattress should be replaced and there should be sheets and pillow cases provided!! This was really disappointing (especially since the last review complained about the same thing).

Unit was not supplied with needed items for stay

There were not any bedding for the pull out couch . There were not any pillowcases on the pillows - gross! The pull out bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen was not stocked with enough glassware for our group of 5. Would not recommend or return

Great view just needs some updating

Like the property overall just needed the basics like proper amount if toliet paper for a family of four. Also lacked adequate amount of paper towels, no laundry detergent, little amount of trash bags, and kitchen ware had some missing items as well. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for as there was some uncleanliness throughout the unit. Glad the grill worked good and glad the building had covered parking.

Tenderfoot Lodge -

The only reason we booked this place was because of outdoor hot tubs, however, there was no access to them. The advertisement was misleading. The dish/cable didn't work and even so we authorized the repair in our absence, no repair was made. Garage and the Elevator were a great perk.

convenient walk to slopes

Lovely home and very convenient walk to slopes; beautiful view. There where some damaged furniture items and we could not figure out how to use the heater; management company was not very accesseble or responsive to these concerns

Great Keystone stay

This was a great location to stay as I had a conference at the Keystone conference center. Beautiful location & very restful after a busy few days at the conference. Would highly recommend this stay.

Slight Room to Improve

Technically the accommodation has the ability to sleep as many as the listing claims, however there are only two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double sized bed with a twin bunk on top, and the other bedroom just has a double sized bed (not queen). The only other sleeping possibility is with a pull out sofa. It was doable for our group, but a little tight. The other things to note is that the coffee pot did not work well.... water accumulated in the grounds and over flowed, it took forever to brew half the amount of a pot we were expecting. Also, the Teflon pans for cooking are extremely scratched up. Overall this is a decent place to stay however, and I enjoyed having under ground in garage parking.

Great getaway!

Excellent layout and room to relax. Gas grill on the awesome balcony was nice for steaks one evening! Great host and property!

Enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location close to dining and entertainment. Visited Aspen and did a little white water rafting.

Summer in Keystone

My hubby and I first visited Keystone in winter, but came back to enjoy summer as well. This time we were traveling with our daughters (20,16,&10). The condo was perfect. Decor was slightly rustic but not over the top. It was clean, quiet and we appreciated the private garage and keyless entry! Plenty of room to move around, amazing view of the brook and mountains, walking trails just outside the door. We loved being able to grill and cook in the amply stocked kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out every night. The washer and dryer meant we came home with clean clothes! I would definitely book this condo again. We didn’t want to leave!!

Great location

Tenderfoot lodge is in a great location, less than a 10 minute walk to the Keystone Peru lift. Condo was perfect for 4 people (any more would be rather tight). Clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely recommend.

Tight-spaced but quite livable

The unit turned out to be smaller than some of the photos suggested :) but was quite comfortable for five adult males. Everything was clean and in working condition (range, dishwasher, grill, fireplace, humidifier,... you name it). A gorgeous view of the mountain. One little wrinkle was that no kettle was to be found on the premises, or maybe we just didn't look in the right place? The walk to Peru chair lift was at least 1500ft... not a complaint, just an observation.
