Ours is the ocean and water/outdoor lover’s dreamscape which we so enjoy extending to guests.

Enjoy the porches, feel the warm sun on your face as you enjoy the sounds of the waves in the morning and view ahhhmazzing sunsets in the eve. With dinner and drinks from the deck, sometimes see a rocket launch!
Shell and beach comb until your heart’s content. Amenities: just bring your toothbrush. And fishing pole.

Super comfy, with 2 additional twin day beds in living room for movie comfort, or guests.
Just a great napping place, and best night’s sleep all around the house.
There are decks/wrap around porches- 1st floor front, back, with lovely sunset view, and ocean just footsteps away.
Kayak access right into estuary from the back yard!

Just sort of authentically, old school beach house, yet includes all the latest creature comforts, with a super casz bed ‘n breakfast-sparkling cozy kinda vibe, yet in exclusive, upscale NSB.
Pure Seaside, at the SeaShore...

This is a private residence located at the carless beach, so there’s no direct beach driving permitted on our pristine south beach section of sand, and the ocean seriously “isthisclose” to house. Very laid back and private. Upscale, semi private residence street. Only 3 neighbors. (Respect the hood at all times please).
So stumble over and catch the sunrise with your coffee, check the waves, grab a boogie board and/ or our house beach cart & gear (everything you need is here, and hang all day if you want, even a shaded beach tent).
Or toss your pole in, out back and catch a redfish! Shrimp under the full moon and enjoy midnight shrimp cocktail!

No loud parties or loud vehicles permitted. Just a few neighbors so we practice mad respect for their, and all of our, privacy. Just be cool. It’s a residential street, not a condo or hotel.
This, is the rustic, yet eversocoolplace, very well maintained, spot where I call home, and I happily share it with those who want to positively enjoy it, ensuring you’ll have anything you may need. I’ll greet you upon arrival, to show you around for a few minutes. From there, you can text me if you need anything at all after that. I reside on property, I’m usually close by and check in on your needs.
It’s hard to promote how much of a gem this place is...best kept secret really, compared to what’s on these sites in this price point, but you’ll see when you get here. This place over delivers.

Sleeps 4, but 2 daybeds can also be for late night crashing in front of the TV or good for long, soulful chats, reading, or just chillin’ listening to music.
Bedroom one is a very comfy King, ( or 2 twins upon request).
Bedroom two, can be set as King, 2 Twins or Single. Your choice.
In the living room there are 2 twin size daybeds which are in main living area, doubling as couches so they’re comfy too!
75/100 bucks for pet fee per stay, 2 and that’s the limit.
No pups over 50ish pounds-ish. No cats absolutely. Flea control and vet records.
Best for adults and well behaved teens...but little ones, we can discuss, case by case...

Property is situated on waterfront estuary canals to enjoy nature’s open salty water paths leading to the intracoastal waterway.
(Salt, not fresh, water...So, dolphin & manatee just down from us a few minutes paddle).
There are 3 kayaks and a canoe for your use to go splash around, clam, oyster, fish or shrimp. Or, just head to JB’s fish camp for lunch, dinner or just a quick break and a cold drink, as you explore and enjoy this wild life & bird sanctuary with its breathtaking nature and incredible sunsets along your excursions, or view just from the cottage porches, hammock, little dock, or lounge chair in the yard. Mornings, be amazed by sunrise over ocean, just across from us.

Much more private than a condo, there are only 4 private homes on our block, (one being me) with the best of both worlds, being directly on the canal water, semi private beach access directly across; 99 footsteps away! Carless sand, safe for your pleasure, to stroll, sun, shell, swim, surf and sail. Beach cruisers, ring toss, canoe, kayaks, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach towels, and beach chairs, board games and cards as well as cable, wireless Bluetooth speaker, full charging station for devices, hammock’s from Pawley’s Island to chill ‘n schnooooze.
Super sanitized always pristinely cleaned, very airy, open, yet cozy and comfy place. Best, fresh, comfy bedding for happy vacation comfort.

Not just a SMOKE FREE HOME, but a SMOKE FREE PROPERTY.
Yes, please, only Non smokers welcome. other guests can be sensitive or allergic so we go full on pure ‘n fresh, smoke free all around.
(So, nope. ya can’t smoke pot at my house ‘cause it’s still smoking. Still illegal here, and super stinky. Don’t even think to bring illegal drugs into my home) but we encourage you to enjoy cocktail hour with the amazing sunset views from deck and living area! Stroll the beach and love the life!

We are a bike or canoe ride away from JB’s fish camp for lunch/dinner, the Canaveral National Seashore and on land, just a few miles further to boutique restaurants and shopping/ nightlife.

If you’ve not been to NEW SMYRNA BEACH, be prepared to fall in love.
