Two bedroom beautifully renovated condo on a quiet street in the perfect location - ten minute walk from the ferry, eight minute walk to Main Street, easy access to bike paths. One king size bed, one queen size bed with lofted XL twin above. Central AC and heat. Fully-stocked high end kitchen and 1.5 baths, wifi, three TVs, shared laundry in basement. Private entrance with smart lock. Shared outdoor patio with gas grill. Comes with beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Max of four guests. Note: Primary guest entry opens into the second bedroom. There is a secondary exit to a shared internal staircase.

Nantucket family trip

Great location. Couple of minor issues with check-in and sheets should be replaced but we had a great time overall.

Amazing Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved this place. The location couldn’t be better, super clean, well appointed with no detail spared and Chris was super responsive. We hope to stay again next summer. Fantastic condo!

Another great stay

This was our third time staying at the property and it was another great stay! The location is fabulous with an easy walk into town and the beaches. Chris is very responsive and the place is clean and we'll stocked with everything we need. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this lovely condo! Unit is very clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. Kitchen is well stocked, bed is comfortable, bathroom is nicely updated. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Nantucket getway

Stayed for a week and could not be happier with the location, cleanliness, and process of booking. The condo is spacious, with a very convenient location, which kept my friend and I walking often. Some of our favorite nights started with some quiet time in the cozy living room before heading off to dinner. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to other guests.

Nantucket First

We had a lovely stay at this property for 4 nights in Sept 2023. As first timers, we thoroughly enjoyed the walkability to town and felt very safe doing so even late into the evening. We had plenty of space for 4 adults. Kitchen very equipped to prepare a full meal. 5/5 recommend. Would happily stay there again.

Great location

Easy walk to town, Brant Point lighthouse, Childrens and Jetty beaches. Very well appointed condo. Plenty of towels,dish and cookware and TP! Comfortable king size bed, good cooling. Host communicated check in check out information and offered to make suggestions or answer questions about Nantucket Island. Condo is up quite a flight of stairs so if mobility is an issue this might not be the right place for you.

Wonderful weekend!

My husband and two adult children together came from florida to Nantucket for a family wedding. This unit was so accommodating especially when you cannot travel only with your personal belongings! Place was immaculate, very comfortable beds and bedding! We were so happy to have coffee for the next morning. As wedding weekend took place mostly downtown it was very convenient to walk to everything. Could not be more comfortable if a vacation spot. Hopefully to come back soon!

Another lovely stay!

This was our second time staying at this property and we had another wonderful visit! The condo is in a fantastic location for exploring Nantucket and very well stocked. The owner is very responsive and happy to answer any questions or give recs. A clean, lovely place and we would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful, Flawless Condo Walkable to Town

The pictures (although gorgeous!) do not even do this place justice. The condo was stunning, immaculate, fresh, and every detail and amenity has been thought of and provided. My husband and two year old son had an amazing one week stay here. Roomy condo just a 9 min walk to all the restaurants and shop in town — we didn’t want to leave! Sizeable bathroom and comfortable living space. One thing to note is that the second bedroom does have an exterior door to the wooden flight of stairs, so we didn’t leave our son unattended in the room (but our son sleeps with us, so it wasn’t a huge issue). There may be a way to lock it from the inside, but we didn’t feel the need to inquire! The few times we did have questions, Chris responded in seconds. Just a gorgeous, pleasant stay! We were truly blown away! Thank you, Chris!

Great apartment in a beautiful neighborhood

Really well appointed apartment in an excellent location. Quick walk to town and nearby beaches. The home was spotless and had everything my husband and I needed for our two week stay. Chris was very responsive to our questions and made our stay extra pleasant. The only challenge we experienced was low internet speed. Otherwise, it was a home run!

Perfect spot for exploring nantucket

We were pleased with the size and location of the condo. It’s a lovely transformed building and everything met our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the back patio which was also nice. Extremely quiet neighborhood with a 15 minute walk to several beaches. We cycled on the bike paths every day. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean and just as Advertised!

My husband, mother (83 year old) and I stayed 3 nights here shortly after Labor Day. It was exactly as the photos show and we enjoyed our stay there very much. They provided beach towels, beach chairs and even an umbrella which we took of advantage of when we spent an afternoon at Jetties Beach. There are 15 stairs up to the unit and a few more at street level up to the condo. My mother did not enjoy them but they were manageable for her. We walked to the condo from the ferry (about 15 minutes) and while that was doable for my husband and I it was a little tiring for my Mom. I say all this for those who have someone my mother's age traveling with them. I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and comfortable and within walking distance to everything in downtown Nantucket. We rented a car for one day of our stay to get out to non-walkable areas of the island and that worked out perfectly. We used Turo to rent a car and it was delivered right to the house and also picked up right at the house. Very convenient! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This property is the perfect condo in the perfect location. Recently renovated with all high-end finishes and appliances. Central air. One site shared laundry in basement. WiFi, SmartTV, TVs in living room and each bedroom. Private outdoor keypad entrance. Located on a nice quiet street with a beautiful view of the stars at night - make sure to look up! Walk to town in less than ten minutes (street route or another route through the Lily Pond nature preserve), walk to the beach, walk to Something Natural bakery through the nature walk behind the Oldest House. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels included
