This house is post and beam architecture, lending a cozy and charming vibe. Our goal has been to honor the original character while modernizing and lightening the space. Clean, neat and non-cluttered is the aesthetic.

This newly renovated three bedroom gem on the pond is perfect for families. The house has been lovingly restored and modernized. Guests will enjoy a brand new kitchen with all new appliances, cabinets, countertops and flooring. The original floors have been white washed, giving the space a bright and light appeal. A large cupola allows for ample natural light and the windows look out onto a large yard that slopes to the Miacomet pond.

This charmer offers the best of both worlds, being both private and serene on the pond while also centrally located. Your morning may start with coffee on the large deck or in the sunroom overlooking the pond, enjoying the sights and sounds of the local birds. Swan, Blue Herron and Red Winged Black Birds among others delight in this serene setting. Adventurous types might enjoy a paddle on the pond or exploring in the kayak. Proximal to conservation land you can appreciate the natural unspoiled beauty of the island. Take a left from the driveway and you can access walking, biking and equestrian trails. Taking a right from the driveway you can quickly arrive at Miacomet beach, Surfside beach, Cisco or Ladies beach to name a few. Head down a few blocks to local coffee and lunch shops. From here you can go to town (5 minute drive) or access more paved bike trails. Cisco Brewery, Island Kitchen, 167 Fish Market and Bartlett's farm are local favorites and also very convenient to this location.

The evening offers a different view of the pond and makes a beautiful backdrop for a family dinner on the deck.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom as well as the second floor guest bathroom were completely renovated in the spring of 2022. The half bath downstairs was also renovated with an additional window added to increase the sunlight and views of the pond. Additionally, the upstairs laundry room has been updated.
