A very quiet (only an 8 condo complex) at an incredible location matched by very few condos anywhere on Padre Island. Sit for hours just watching the boats traverse the largest canal on Padre, swim in the condo community pool , head to the beach, private fishing trip I will gladly assist coordinating.

This condo looks right over the picturesque canal. You can enjoy a relaxing morning drinking your coffee on one of the newly furnished decks while watching dolphins in the canal, toss your rod in for an early morning fishing experience from the back deck, Kayak with your significant other or the kids on the new kayaks for your use or take advantage of the green lights in the water at night to catch dinner. Afternoon sun directly to the west. Spring and summer provides beautiful sunny weather in the afternoon while enjoying majestic evening sunsets every night directly in front of you.
So there are no surprises, please note the spiral staircase. Possible boat slip option possible with a small upcharge. Have a plan for your trailer-no condo lot trailer parking.

Spacious two bedrooms upstairs from spiral staircase and 2 bath condo (max of 6 or 4 adults). Master overlooking the canal with breathtaking views from the upstairs private deck right off the master bedroom which has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom easily fits another couple, guest or a second family (up to 4)with ample room for a few kids with a bunk bed (twin-over full mattress), and a twin daybed with with a pull-out twin trundle. All beds and mattresses were newly purchased this past summer. 2 full Bathrooms- one on each floor.
Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with pots pans and utensils, K-cup/coffee maker, large (65in) Smart TV's. TV in every room w/ cable, NETFLIX, Disney and Amazon Prime options, WIFI, washer dryer, kitchen table and breakfast bar or just eat outside on your very own private deck overlooking the canal.

Direct lower level entry from parking lot for easy in and out. No entry stairs into condo. 1 designated parking spot while a few other spots are first come. Public Boat ramp nearby. Street parking option for boat trailer, but no condo trailer parking in condo lot. A boat slip might be an option for an additional small upcharge. Must notify owner if you plan to bring your boat. Be advised, there are no security fencing around the pool, deck or canal bulkhead, but allows for fabulous views for sure. No lifeguard on duty.
