Under new ownership and management!!!!. Property owner has another rental listed on VRBO at Premier level. Only 5 stars reviews over the last 5 years. My husband and I are excited to offer the newest addition to our vacation rental homes / properties. We are looking forward to sharing our home with families who want all the comforts of home, while making memories that will last a lifetime . Conveniently located minutes to all the major attractions in the Kissimmee / Orlando area.

Overall it was a great stay. The vents were caked with dirt and the carpet needed cleaning. The kitchen and fridge were awesome. There was not quite enough utensils and we had to go buy more toilet paper, and paper towels. But there were 9 adults so thatā€™s to be expected. We also bought a few hand towels and face cloths. We had a great time and would stay again.

Nice home. Very convenient to parks.

Property was nice. The house next door was a mess. Trash, ripped screens, burnt grill etc. wasnā€™t a very relaxing scene.Minimal supplies, feel like if a grill is offered there should be gas to cook with. We had to purchase the gas and ended up leaving a full tank for other renters. Didnā€™t mind washing towels as required but would have preferred laundry detergents to wash them. I rent from Vrbo because most have these products. All the twin beds were very uncomfortable. Some slept on the couch. Suggestions: new mattress and a full and a twin in one or two rooms so couples can sleep together while the child has the twin. Very hard for a family to sleep. Instead of hotel soap use liquid soap. New standard coffee pot as the one is stained and old. A working can opener as the one is broken. No carpet by the sliding glass door as the mat slides and the carpet is dirty.

Very roomy place

Overall ok. Just a few suggestions, would be nice to have some dishwashing liquid, there are plenty of times that we needed to wash a cup, pan or cutting board and did not want to have to run the dishwasher. We were short on bath towels, and didn't realize the cleaning person left them in the dryer until the second day. There are ants in the downstairs bathroom.

Great stay. Cheryl was really helpful and welcoming. Pool was great with sun all day and the house was in a great location. My only small criticism was there really werenā€™t enough towels (despite there only being 2 of us) and no pool towels at all which we hadnā€™t accounted for but it really didnā€™t affect our stay and we will know to bring our own next time. Thanks for having us

5 bedrooms close to Disney/universal

Spacious 5 bedroom 3 bathrooms close to Disney was clean conveniently located to restaurants and old town with a short drive to Disney and Universal. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and has a kuerig as well as coffee pot with a grill outside if you just want to stay home and enjoy the pool and hot tub. The key code access gated community gives you an extra feeling of security while enjoying your stay.

Pre-Disney cruise stay

My ohana and I stayed here for 3-days prior to going on our Disney cruise. The house is spacious and lots of room for the family. Thereā€™s 5-bedrooms with 8-beds. Lots of space in the family room, living room, thereā€™s 2-dining tables, spacious kitchen, and lots of seating on the pool deck. The pool and hot tub was heated and we made use of it. Great peppery and will will stay again and recommend to others.

Ohana trip to Disney

The best communication with owners, fast response, and immediate attention. Lots of beds for the house, a total of 5-bedrooms and a total of 8-beds. Lots of space in living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, and pool seating. Fun time in the pool and hot time. This is our seconds time at the property and will stay again. Definitely will recommend to others.

We had a great time. The house and pool worked well for us as my grandchildren love swimming. We had long days at Disney and Universal Studios and it was great to relax with the pool and space at our house

Great property for a group stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. It had everything that was advertised and it was easy to contact the property manager. It has newer appliances, coffee machine and a keurig machine plus other great items like pitchers, foil and baking dishes. Iā€™ll just mention that itā€™s about a 30 minute drive to the Disney parks.

Avoid if you can...

Price was good, but they will get you with a bunch of add ons they didn't previously communicated. After reading all the instructions (not in the original ad) you start feeling like they will for sure charge you for something ($50 for laundry, $100 to clean the bbq etc.). We noticed there would be a $100 charge if we did not put the garabge cans out on Sunday night...great, we were only staying Monday (PM check in) to Friday Am...So we checked the cans, they were full : out of good faith, we let the owners know (to ensure we're not being held responsible) - I'll avoid the whole story, but we ultimatey got told we had to put the trash out on another day or we would get charged (we only noticed this the next morning, since we were there for business and were barely at the house)...I had a 5:32am text with a screenshot of the security camera showing we had not put the trash out. Upon chekout, we had another issue and the owners just kept on going about the trash... Avoid this place. To top it off, beds were NOT comfortable. avoid.

Cheerleading Competition

The property and our stay was excellent. The pool was awesome. We were there for a Cheerleading Competition at Orange County Convention Center. The girls really enjoyed themselves in the pool after competing against some strong competitors. There was plenty of eatery close by, well as, WalMart, Publix, and gas stations. But, I do have a few suggestions: 1) Ceiling fans in the upstair bedrooms, it tends to get a little warm upstairs. 2) Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. The sun peaks through the curtains at sunrise. 3) Cable TV in all bedrooms. and 4) Heating element on the dryer needs to be adjusted, it took multiple times for clothing, towels etc to dryā€¦ Overall, we would stay again at your home if and when we are visiting Florida.
