LUXURY FLORIDA VILLA

From toddlers to big kids, the whole family will have a holiday to remember, staying just 20 miles from Walt Disney World theme parks, in the contemporary comfort of Villa4sun. While all the excitement and magic of Disney is so close by, this fab, 5-bedroom Florida home is also the perfect place for chilling out, located in the quiet residential district of Calabay Parc, with a great pool, games room and more.

From the minute families arrive, the beautiful pool will be beckoning! Set in a south facing position , the large pool has fun jets and inflatables for the kids, while the adults can soothe away stresses in a bubbly Jacuzzi pool. Sun loungers are set out around the pool and a there’s a table and chairs for snacks between swims, plus mood lighting makes the pool just as enticing night and day. Besides the pool, Villa4sun has a great games room to keep all ages amused, with a pool table, air hockey and table football.

Overlooking the pool and with sliding doors to the poolside patio, a family living room has comfy sofas for catching up on favourite cable TV programmes or watching a DVD. Also opening onto the pool area is the open plan breakfast area and well-equipped kitchen, including an American fridge freezer with ice-maker, coffee percolator, microwave, dishwasher and children’s crockery, cutlery etc. At the far side of the kitchen is the dining room with a table for 8 .

Handy for parents with a baby, one of the bedrooms, with a king size bed, is on the ground floor with patio doors to the pool – ideal for taking a swim or snoozing on a lounger while little one naps nearby. This master bedroom also links through to the large master bathroom, with a walk in wardrobe and also walk in shower and corner jacuzzi bath. The house has another two other doubles rooms on the first floor – one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed, both with walk in showers and one with walk in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and one is specifically designed as a children’s bedroom, with Disney characters on the walls. The twin rooms also share a tiled bathroom, with shower and bath – so there’s no wasting time waiting for the shower because fun filled days at Walt Disney World await!

Accommodation Overview:
Villa4Sun sleeps 10 people plus a baby in a cot, which is provided free of charge. The five bedrooms comprise 2 with king size beds (1 on the ground floor), 1 with a queen size bed and two with twin beds, one of which is a children’s room. The downstairs master bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath; the first floor double rooms have an ensuite with walk in shower; and the twin rooms share a bathroom with shower and bath.

The pool/jacuzzi can be heated and this is charged at £25 per night.
