Casa Luisa. A beautiful villa with spectacular views. Located in Monte Solana, 1 km from the town of Pedreguer and 10 km from the beaches of Denia and Jávea. Easy access from the Mediterranean Highway to the airports in Valencia and Alicante. Set on 850 meters of fenced property, it features a garden and a private 8x4m saltwater pool, a sun deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a barbecue area, a veranda, and a terrace in the front garden. The 150-meter living space accommodates up to 6 people and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, range hood, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, toaster, and iron. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, bed linens, and towels. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. The dining room has a fireplace, ceiling fan, 40-inch TV, antenna for national channels and satellite for international channels, VCR, music channel, MP3 speakers, and Wi-Fi. We have a fourth independent room outside the house (without a bathroom), the “Marina” room. There is a €30 daily surcharge if you wish to use the fourth room.
