The entire family can enjoy an expansive 18' x 28' private fenced pool and a separate splash pad. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate our private Sports Court®, equipped for pickleball, basketball, volleyball, jungle gym and various other court games to keep everyone active and entertained. Entertainment options are boundless here. Dive into a world of fun with a Pac-Man arcade game featuring an impressive selection of 160 games. For tech enthusiasts, we have three types of game consoles, including two Xbox Ones connected to two 4K TVs, a PlayStation connected to a 72" 4K TV, and a Nintendo Switch connected to an astonishing 82" 4K TV. With 1G internet service, seamless streaming is guaranteed on our six TVs, making it perfect for accommodating multiple guests enjoying their favorite shows and videos.

Our spacious vacation rental boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests in beds. Need extra space? We've got you covered with six sleeping pads, suitable for kids and additional guests. The sleeping arrangements include four king suites, two bunk rooms (one with two twin-over-full bunk beds and one with two triple bunks), and six sleeping pads for added flexibility. At our property, you'll truly experience a "Lazy Daze" of relaxation and recreation. Amazing private amenities

This house has large living areas to accommodate everyone, as well as many private amenities. The backyard is the best part!! A pool, hot tub, sports court, play set, bonfire, splash pad, and dining table ensure many happy hours for all ages! The only downside during our stay was that we ran out of hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, and paper towel. A house that sleeps so many people should have basic supplies for a 3-night stay.

Perfect for what we needed.

We really enjoyed our time there. There was plenty to occupy everyone. The only complaint I have is that there was a picture on the wall the was held up with tiny nails and it kept falling off the wall. We hope we are not blamed for any damage done by it.

Christmas vacation

It was great for our family of 18. We loved the pickleball and basketball court and private pool. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Check in and out was easy. We will be coming back.

Beautiful home in amazing location with great amenities

6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, pool, sport court, gaming system, fire pit, 2 balconies/decks, well appointed kitchen, next door to a waterpark. Just as fantastic as it sounds! Microwave & stove stopped working & someone came out to fix them quickly. My only suggestion to the owners would be to provide more towels, kitchen & bath & some kitchen washcloths. More garbage bags would be nice too. I also think one bedroom with two queens would be better than so many with just a king. Great stay!

Our family of young parents and young children was perfect for our group. We used every inch of the home and was very comfortable and relaxing for everyone.

Great experience.

Overall, we had a great time. Lots of things to do at this house. Kids had a blast at the pools. A few things that we noticed that weren’t all the way clean. No instructions on how to use fire pit and splash pad and response from management company was longer than we would have liked.

The perfect family vacation!

The house couldn't have been more perfect for our family vacation. With the swimming pool, basketball court, pickleball court, hot tub, and fire pit on the property there was something for everyone to do from sun up until time to go to bed! The home was clean and had a king bed with a bathroom for all the married couples and plenty of other bedroom and sleeping arrangements for all 22 of us! We will definitely be back for our next family vacation !

Great home for large families!

Great for large families, especially with children! Advertised Splash pad wasn’t working but perfect set up for small children. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!

We loved this house… We didn't even have to leave because we had so much to do there! Great furniture… Seating for everyone! Great kitchen and eating area… Amazing amenities with the yard… Having the pickle ball court, there on the property made our stay the best! We loved it!!

Better than expected - truly a 5 Star property

We have stayed in many places and this has to be the best as far as amenities provided. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could ask for and then some. I only wish we had known all that would be provided so we could have left more at home. The kitchen was very amply stocked, there were towels galore for the pool as well as the bathrooms, a great game closet, toys for the pool and sport court, just everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Thank you for giving us such a great vacation!

Excellent Vacation Home

My family had an amazing time at this vacation home. We love the large spacious kitchen and large tables for dining together as a family. The king size beds were great but most of all we appreciated the 8 bathrooms for all of the grand kids. The swimming pool was fun for the grand kids but they really enjoyed the sports court and playground area. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The Red Sands management team were very helpful and professional! Our grand kids asked if we could do this again next year.

Beautiful home, great location!

This home has everything you would ever need. Fully stocked kitchen. Pickleball court. Pool. Fire pit. We had so much fun. I wish we would have stayed longer! The only issue that we had was the pool cover wouldn’t open when we got there but within an hour, they had maintenance out as well as the pool company and got the issue resolved. I was very impressed with their prompt resolution of the situation. Everything was very clean. We are already planning out next vacation to this property!

Perfect for families

Perfect property for our family! We loved all the king sized beds and our kids loved the bunk beds. We loved the proximity to the water park area! We all loved the pool, hot tub, pickle ball court and playground! This house is perfect and has all you could need for a vacation!
