Sunset is a beautiful 7 bedroom / 7.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 24 guests or up to 26 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress. Spend your days exploring the nearby National and State Parks, practicing your putt on one of the many golf courses, biking through the desert mountains, or never leave home! With Foosball, Ping pong, cable, 3 Xbox 1's, and a resort-style pool and water park; you do not need to leave Sunset to have the vacation of your dreams! Great property for our family! We loved the easy access to the water park, but we also LOVED having a private pool and hot tub. The space was amazing and easily accommodated our family...even the teenagers. The only concerns we had were that both the pool cleaner and the landscapers came to work on both the pool and to prune the palm trees while we were there. We understand the maintenance schedule, but we felt like those could have been done when the property wasn't being rented. If you are going to use the Xboxes, you will need to log in with your own Xbox account...same with Netflix. The teenagers loved the foosball, so that was a plus for them. We would recommend both additional trash bags and paper towels be provided at the property, as we had to purchase both. For the size of the house, we felt like what was provided didn't cover the needs of a large family. The two living room spaces were great, and we loved that the bedrooms upstairs fed into the second living room. A very thoughtful floor plan for a big family. The property management company was VERY responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, so that was also a plus! Thank you to them for helping us and for doing it in such a professional and pleasant way. Great location! We were close to a grocery store and a couple of food places, which accommodated our food needs. Very quiet area! Pickleball courts are very close, and there is a nice walking path in that same area. We'll be back!

Totally awesome house!

First, the staff was awesome as we were making our plans. The house exceeded all expectations! Extremely clean, comfortable beds, and the one time we needed help (couldn't get TVs to work) they came right out and fixed the problem. The only negative comment I will make is that the bathtub showers should have handicap bar as there is nowhere to hold onto and the surface was extremely slippery. Otherwise highly recommend this gem!!!

Stayed at this house last year and loved it, so we brought family here for a reunion this year. House is well stocked with anything you might need. Property management is very responsive to concerns and the check in and check out process is super easy! Would definitely stay here again.

Impressive Home for Large Families with Grandchildren

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Our family (My wife and I, 5 adult children, 4 spouses, and 10 grandchildren) had a great time. Each family had its own bedroom and bathroom, plus there was an extra bedroom for the older grandchildren. The home was spotless and well supplied. We appreciated the large gathering areas, the grill, the Blackstone, hot tub, pool, and outdoor gas fireplace. It was great to have a motorized pool cover so the pool could be kept clean and there was no chance of one of the little grandchildren accidentally falling into the pool when adults were not closely supervising them. The two neighborhood pools were a great hit with all, and most of us learned to play pickleball - great courts were convenient, and lighted up until 10 p.m. There was plenty of kitchen supplies (plates, silverware, cookware) for all of us and everything worked. We loved the large double table - between that and the island seating all 21 of us could sit down and eat together in the same room. It was nice to have an extra refrigerator in the garage. Snow Canyon state park is close and beautiful for hikes spur of the moment. Zion National Park has spectacular scenery and is only about an hour's drive away. Thank you!

Roomy Home

This home is large and comfortable. We had 10 adults and 9 children here for a family vacation. The kids had a great time in the pool, playing foosball and all the video games were awesome! The beds are super comfortable and the lazy river and splash pad is right across the street. The host was not very fast at responding but when he did he was kind and helpful. We would recommend this place and we would stay again!

A lovely stay

The property was perfect! It is so nice when you’re looking for one that sleeps so many but there are actually enough king beds and bathrooms for privacy and space for multiple families. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. If you’ve never stayed in Paradise Village, the two community pools are nice, but having the private backyard pool was a big upgrade in experience! Would definitely stay again.

1) Carpets were dirty. 2) Master bedroom had all the vents closed which made the room 80 degrees. 3) The floors were filthy in the kitchen/dining room. 4) Trash from previous residents still there. 5) Toys found by the pool area after we were gone all day. (Toys were not in the pool before) 6) TV in the master bedroom had no connection to WiFi.

Awesome home for big group'

Loved the pool and hot tub and all the space for everyone! The only complaint we had was we ran out of paper towels and garbage sacks on the second day. There were also a lot of pillows without pillow cases and no wash clothes in the kitchen! All things that could be easily fixed if you could have the house a little better stocked. Otherwise, it was perfect!! Thanks!

Excellent Getaway

Awesome get away!!!

This home was awesome. The pool and hot tub were in great condition and tons of fun for everyone. The house had great accommodations and plenty of comfortable room for people to sleep. Loved the location which was easily accessible to outdoor hiking, restaurants, but not too busy.

Great place

We loved staying here with our family of 11 adults and 11 under the age of 7. It was terrific to have a pool in the backyard as well as the waterpark. Property is so close to the waterpark! Kitchen is completely stocked with need apppliances and many booster seats! We had a great time.

Fantastic

We loved our stay! The pool play area was enjoyed by the entire family! We loved swimming in the pool at the house early morning and at sunset. The house had everything we needed for infants and toddlers. We would go back!

Great House

Great House! Large dinning and gathering rooms. Numerous master bedrooms were nice for couples and families. Great pool, BBQ. Will book again.

Love this House!

This was our second time at this house. Such a beautiful home with all the amenities. The pool and Hot tub was a great addition to our stay. The only issue we had was trying to use the Fire pit, as well as the Wifi. The fire pit key hole had rocks blocking the hole so we couldn't start the fire pit at all. The WiFi crashed twice while we were there, we had a big group so I'm guessing too many devices at a time isn't a good idea for anyone going with a big group expecting to all be connected and working at once. Other than that, the home was clean and perfect for our stay. Will book at this house again next year! Thank you Red Sands

Awesome

We took our whole family and all our grandchildren. There were 28 of us. We loved this house. It was such an awesome vacation. It was right across from the kids pools and the other pool was right behind us. The house was large and spacious. It was great to have all of us stay in one place. We would definitely come here again.

Family Thanksgiving

It was a great place to stay. We had 23 in our family. The beds were comfortable , kitchen was great, the en-suite bathrooms for each room but the kids was great. Pool and hot tub were a hit. My only concern is there was not enough parking. Even with the overflow parking around the corner there was no place to park. We were told not to park on street but there was nowhere to park. I would stay here again.

Fun Family Vacation.

This house worked great for our family. Plenty of rooms/bathrooms for everyone and very clean. The grandkids loved their own pool and it was a quick walk over to the community pool and waterslides. Great communication with property manager. Would absolutely stay at this home again.
