Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, especially as a returning guest to the community. We’re sorry to hear the home’s cleanliness, furniture, and maintenance did not meet the standard you’ve experienced on previous visits. We understand how disappointing that can be, particularly when you’ve stayed in the community multiple times. We’ll be sure to share your concerns with the owner and appropriate teams so the items you mentioned can be reviewed and addressed. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and staying with us. We completely understand the frustrations you experienced and apologize that the home was not fully prepared to your expectations. We’re glad you brought the cookware concerns to our attention during your stay, as we were able to order new pots and pans for the home, and we made sure any remaining areas needing attention are addressed as well. We were not made aware of the washcloth or cleaning concerns during your stay, but certainly would have been happy to assist had we known :) We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention so we can continue making improvements!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re pleased to hear you loved the property and hope to host you again soon🌟

We appreciate your feedback and for noting that you found the unit beautiful overall! We’re sorry to hear that certain areas did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness. We did not receive any communication during your stay regarding these concerns, and we would have been more than happy to assist or address them right away. For future reference, receiving photos in real time is the best way for us to review and resolve any issues quickly!😁 We have shared this with our team to look into a deeper clean moving forward. Hope to see you again!
