Located in Santa Clara, within the Paradise Village at Zion complex, you will find beauty and fun around every corner. With many National and State Parks to explore, a pool to lounge next too, and many at home amenities, Mountain View Retreat is a hidden gem for all ages!

Mountain View Retreat is a beautiful 5 bedroom / 5 bath that can comfortably accommodate 14 guests or up to 16 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress. The expansive fully equipped kitchen, grill, indoor & outdoor dining, and outdoor lounge areas make hosting family & friends a breeze. Spend your days lounging by Paradise Village's resort style pool, swimming at the waterpark, or challenging each other to ping pong and spike ball tournaments! Take advantage of the many bike paths right out your front door and explore southern Utah on the bikes provided. Host a game night playing one of the many board and card games provided or challenging each other to games on the PS4. Grab your roasting sticks and some marshmallows to head up to the balcony to watch the sun set over the desert mountains while making a delicious smore! At the end of a long day, relax your muscles in your private hot tub under the starry night sky. Take solace in the comfort of your own room, each with a Smart TV, finding some peace and quiet has never been easier! No matter how you spend your days, you are sure to find relaxation, comfort, and extravagant views while staying at Mountain View Retreat!

Perfect for our family

My family loved our resort stay in Santa Clara. The grandkids loved the pool, slides and lazy river. We all loved the hot tub. The family room was perfect for our large family and with each room having its own bathroom, we had personal space and independence as well. The rooftop fire pit and lounge was the perfect place to watch the sunrise and relax after sundown. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of room for cooking and eating. Santa Clara provided easy access to our planned events in St George. We hope to return to Paradise Village 120 soon!

Great place

The place was great. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool and the balcony. The living room and kitchen were nice anf big. The only problem we had was one of the bunk beds was full of sand when we arrived. We cleaned it up the next day and everything else was great.

Highly Recommended

Great spot for a quick trip. We spent a long weekend here and this place had plenty of space for our family of 7 and two extra adults. The kitchen and gathering area were awesome and the bedrooms were all good size, and each had their own bathroom. Close to the main pool area and pickelball courts and if you have younger kids this was also in one of few culdesacs in the area which is nice. Hottub was great for a few of us at a time and we also used the cruiser bikes that were in the garage. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property with excellent amenities

We were so impressed with this property. We had plenty of room for 2 families, the kitchen is very well supplied, the house was very clean, and the location was perfect for our needs. Our kids loved playing ping pong and getting in the hot tub. The resort pools and hot tubs tend to get overrun over the holiday weekend, so having a private hot tub was such a great bonus. We loved being so close to the water park! Management was also super easy to work with and allowed us to extend our stay as our circumstances changed. Would definitely stay here again or at another Red Sands property.

Great home for a group!

House was in great condition, and the communication with the Red Sands staff was amazing. They were just a text away with any questions we had, and they reached out to us when a neighboring unit was having a WiFi issue to make sure ours wasn't having an issue as well. The waterpark was so fun, and never too crowded. The subdivision was busy for Spring break, but didn't feel overly crowded with people, cars, etc. This is our 3rd stay at Paradise Village and we will continue to come back! Highly recommend!

Amazing home with amazing amenities!

We absolutely loved this home and are so glad we stayed here for Labor Day. Wonderful communication and description of the place as well as a wide range of amenities. The house is well cared for and they were clear instructions of how to check out. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for trip to Southern Utah

Our family enjoyed the rental very much. Having a kitchen equipped with so many things was a huge bonus for us, not to mention the bathrooms for every bathroom!

Great for couples

We came down with friends for a weekend to hike and visit and this property was great. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was perfect. The hot tub and patio was fun for lounging and chilling out.

Great place to stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! We stayed over Christmas and there was plenty of space for everyone. The living room area is huge and we all loved having our own bathrooms. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked well. Having a hot tub at the house was a favorite for everyone. The house is also super close to the pool area and a ton of pool towels are provided. We had an issue with the WiFi one day and they sent help out immediately to fix the problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean Spacious Home in Great Community

This home lived up to its excellent rating! It was clean -from the fridge to the showers to the towels. The home is quite spacious and had everything we needed. The beds and couches were super soft and comfortable. The water park area is just a half-block away. It was a bit cold while we were there, but the lazy river was heated. The house's private hot tub was clean and a huge bonus given the weather. The management company was quick to respond to questions and made check-in/out simple. It was only a 10 minute drive to Tuacahn and even closer to Snow Canyon. We loved our stay and can't wait to visit again!

Perfect stay in Santa Clara

Great stay, no complaints, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We had a group of 12 and appreciated that the house came with a high chair, pack n play and everything we needed to cook dinner for 12 for 4 nights. We look forward to coming again sometime!

Awesome place!

We loved our stay, great facility with amazing pool areas for the kids. Super close to Tuacahn and a Harmon’s. Kids had a blast and loved their room together. Kellie was amazing to work with us and take care of everything. Highly recommend staying here. We will likely make it a yearly stay with our family.

Great family holiday getaway

We took all our kids and grandkids for the week after Christmas. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is wonderful! We used the hot tub a lot because it was a bit cold at night. Great location. Big kitchen with all we needed! I would love to stay here again.
